Joints aching,flu,slight fever,eyes watery,body heating up,sore throat and i’m having my FULL MOON at the same time(Day 1 pula tu-Cramp!!!!!!) and im at work facing all these stupid nonsense,what could be worse than this?

Geezzz….anyway is soya bean good for someone like me..SICK?? I’ve been drinking that thing and i feel like my body is heating up even faster and my cramp is getting worse! Argggggggggggg…i hate today!

Help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! I hate being sick and be in the office at the same time!

Ok Fergie bugs has hit me…i am so into her now that it even made Dan say “Oh no, now i have to make sure my GF is still into me”:D

But seriously after seeing her performing live at Genting i believe you would be like me too!! She is not only beautiful,sexy but she can sing for real!!! Did i mentioned she did cart wheel turn single handed? The other hand was holding mic and she turn while singing!! Ah, thinking of that made me nippy pop!

Can someone tell me why do people do One Night Stand? What lead you to do so? Is it out of desperation? Loneliness?”Horny-ness”?She or he too hot too handle that you just have to get into the pants to satisfy your curiosity what is it like down there?

Don’t you have a pinch of regret after you have done it? Don’t you feel “dirty”? No sense of guilt? Won’t you think back and said..shit what have i done? Will that person tell someone that i had a a cheap shot with him/her? Never worried or think that you might get STD?(ok, this is for those who do not use protection) and don’t you feel like you are just a piece of meat after the escapade? Chewed and spewed away?

No, no that’s not hickey everyone but that’s just the marks from doing CUPPING massage. In less than 20 minutes i had 23 circles all over me and man i feel good after the whole process. I slept like a log that night. Much needed rest indeed.

Today will be my second attempt trying to teach BODYPUMP class. I have stop teaching actively since last year Dec due to my knee injury which was made worse after enrolling myself into surfing school in BALI! No, I’m not a pro surfer yet,maybe one day after i have conquered my sea phobia….:(

Last week was my first class…AWKWARD. My communication and teaching skill has gone “rusty” it was not as smooth as before sigh…..feels like I’m repeating the same script over and over again. Bleh!

Anyway, i am still thinking what release should i do today,I am doing the first half and last half will be done by Yi Li. Can’t seem to decide what release would i want to do especially for Chest,back and triceps tracks. I have 7 more hours to go before the class starts,so hopefully by then my silly self have made up her mind. Grrr…another reason why instructors should not stop teaching for a long time because it gets difficult to choose the “right” song and releases for your class. Symptom of losing instructing momentum.

Rainy season in kl = accident fiesta!!

From last week friday till today i have seen 6 accidents!  One of it is pretty freaky… and today while on the way to work i saw another accident involving Benz and motorcycle. Did not see how it happen.

Poor old man…he was so shaken. (He was the rider) Mau angkat motorbike pun susah. sigh….

Yesterday, i received a call from a friend of mine asking if i would want to work with the company that he is attached to now.. I  must say i’m excited yet nervous and worried at the same time. I always wanted to work with this well organized company but i know the company very well,their expectation is so high that i myself worried i could not deliver the result at the end. Do i want to turn a new leaf and start all over again? Once again..i’m at a crossroad. Guess only time will tell.

Today, my boss asked me: WHAT HAPPEN TO YOU, YOU LOOK HORRIBLE?! My answer: I’m tired.

Yes,i’m lazy to dress up and i was in cooperate office the whole day and what i wore you wonder? Track pants, baby T and jacket.That’s it.The result of not having good and enough sleep,not in the mood, body aching and too many things to handle at one go!

on MSN,was chatting with a good friend of mine today, heh..after so long ,catching up is always good and to my surprise he is getting MARRIED!!!! Hooray!!! But malangnya, i won’t be able to attend his big day…. sob sob..jauh bah..the wedding will not be held in Malaysia. Oh well.. apa bulih buat.

Okay,enough crapping here…better get back to work. Chiao!
