BodyBalance,oh so not balance!
It has been over 2 years since i last did BODYBALANCE class nor touch the choreo and music…i did it last Tuesday as my personal workout routine and man..i can tell you i was shaking like a leaf!!! What the Heck??? HAHAHAHAH!! Which release you asked? It was BB 32, yeah pathetic …right??? And that was my first time watching the release and doing it!!! BLEH!
Anyway, this is what happened while i was doing it..tried really hard to be as graceful as i was before but hmmm…. no comment.
Track 1 - Don’t really like the warm up. I still prefer BB16. That track ALWAYS make me sweat and it is still my fav. warm up!
Track 2- Alamak, this is where everything start to go nuts for my body..hahhhaha..down dog hurt my hamstring like shite! Man, my kaki sudah stiff ..sigh…but i still can do the croc and upward dog easily..hehehehe phew!I think for those who still active in doing BB…this track must be very easy hor???
Track 3 - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH…….nuff said!! Star pose, my neck pun ikut sakit…bloody hell!
Track 4 - OH DEAR…BALANCE IS NOT BALANCE TRACK FOR ME NO MORE!!! MORE LIKE IM FALLING EVERYWHERE!!
Track 5- ok BB instructors, if you were there with me that night…i believe you will laugh at me more than working out… i can’t freaking hold that i don’t know what pose..the one that you lift your leg up in the air and you need to bend your kaki…heel come close to your bum bum…what pose is that??? Man, i tell you people…if you have not done balance for ages..this pose is a no no..specially if you just ate telur…hahahahahah…I tell you it can make you FART, FART,FART!!! Yes, all i can think of that time was to fart,So much for hip opener track…sigh!
Track 6-Funny, this was suppose to be abs track but instead of feeling the workout on my abs…my inner thigh pula shaking!!HAHAHHAHAHA…and it did not help with Gummi smelling me while i was lying down on the floor….
Track 7- Hmm… i don’t remember this track liao. Sorry guys…
Track 8 - Again..what was here again??? HMMMM
Track 9 - oh man…i really can’t remember……
Track 10 - zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Yup, that was my workout last Tuesday. I may do it again soon…maybe after shifting to the new place. Wonder if Daniel want to join me??Hmmmm…..

Bodybalance is actually a mixture of Pilates,tai chi and Yoga class. Very interesting class i must say…if you have a chance join the class!:)
