First it was period and then came the truth…

Oh don’t you just hate it when you get your “visitor” every month? But then again if this “visitor” do not turn up you get really antsy? LOL!! Ain’t it true?That’s how everyone feels whenever that happen.
Anyway, i had mine last week..my visitor decided to be a nasty visitor this time around. This visitor of mine decided to give a very good surprise in the morning by giving me super sharp pain at my lower abdominal and followed by super big cramp,headache and of cos hard time in the loo!
I’m not sure with you ,but everytime this visitor come by he will always give me super bad headache,pimples (urg i so hate that)sore breast,sore nipples,bloated,moody and not to mentioned i start pigging out like there’s no tomorrow!It used to be only sore breast or nipple but lately all this come with headache and bad cramps. I was so worried last week i decided to check with the GP.
From normal period cramp issue,i decided to tell the doctor that for past few months i have been getting cramp at my lower left abdominal pretty often she listened and after explaining what it could be..She asked me to do urine check. My heart was beating fast and i was nervous….
Two minutes later, doctor confirmed it. I have urinary track infection but doctor said not to worry (yet) as it show only mild infection and it can be cured(hopefully) by taking antibiotic but if the pain persist i would have to go and do more check up! I am so dreaded to do this..i really hope it will go away…sighhhhhhhh.
You see i am the type of person who DON’T drink enough water daily and i hold my pee as long as i can before going to the loo at the very last minute..don’t ask me why i do this to myself cos i myself don’t know…except for being silly and lazy i guess…
So now it has been nearly a week since my last visit to the doctor, i have been drinking water like crazy(hoping to flush all the virus away) and pee pee is so much easier..Oh did i mentioned that whenever (once in a while) i go to the loo to pee, i get this burning sensation? Yea, that’s one if the sign beside the cramp at lower left abdominal. 
i have finished my antibiotic today..and i am really hoping that the infection has gone down the toilet bowl… flushed away with all my pee and poo..
I will do another check up this week before Daniel leave for China.I just want him around and be there for me. It may be small matter to some people but to me…it is scary enough. I hate going to clinic and definitely hate to know what is wrong with me… I pray i will be ok and pray it is only urinary track infection and nothing more.
Pst:: Ladies, do you get all these symptom when you are having your period? Like headache and very bad cramp that even when you go to the loo to poo it hurts your bum bum?? Or is it just me again??? Cause i don’t normally get these symptom except for all the soreness at my breast,lower back and sometimes nipples. Doctor said it’s normal but i am worried..sigh. Being woman is not easy.

Don’t be too worried, maybe it’s just the reaction of the UTI that you’re having. But keep drinking those water and stop holding your pee! Apalah :-p

i’ve experienced before which was after my period… lack of water drinking ;p… i know how u feel… headache & burning sensation when go to loo.. i felt quite tired as well…
Just have to drink more water lar… remind urself with hp alarm every hour ;p that shd work! hahaha… geeez… i have to drink more water too ;p ;p

I get super cramp and super moody whenever it comes too, so I stayed at home every once a month.
Maybe I should get a checkup too.

Hey Mel,
I’ve contracted the urinary track infection as well after my surgery. Don’t worry, my doc said everything will be fine after completing the antibiotics. So try not to worry too much yea.

jewelle- i hope it is just the UTI reaction…sebab the doc did said maybe because of something else also..sigh. But yea definitely lots of water drinking now and yes toilet terus..no more holding my pee.

Adrian-i hope it’s only that..UTI..and nothing more…checking it again this week..see how everything is. Hopefully it’s gone.

ihhh…i never thought that it could be a urinary tract infection but i dont drink enough water too….recently had an indon fren here who had burning sensation when she shit….turns out to be bisul though….what a pain in the ass!
