ABC Soup

Do you love soup? I loveeeeeeeee soup! If i could i would want to have soup everyday. 
So today im gonna share with you one of my favourite soup,ABC Soup and how to make it.
You need:
Potatoes,tomatoes,big onions,carrots,and chicken meat/ chicken carcass and salt. I prefer to use chicken carcass..cos i don’t really eat the meat anyway..and someone told me once that using chicken carcass is way better as it will make the soup even sweeter and tastier.
What to do:
Chopped all the ingredients. ( Quantity of all the ingredients is up to you) if you are serving bigger crowd you may need a lot more of it. I usually just use 2 carrots,2 big onions,3 tomatoes,2 potatoes and 1 chicken carcass after all its only me who’s gonna take all this in, Daniel langsung tak suka soup. 
Next, you need big pot. throw everything in and pour some lurve and water into the pot..just enough to cover the whole ingredient..boil it under medium/low fire for 2/3 hours and last add some salt to your tasting…and waalaaa..you’re done!
This is the end product.
Sorry ya..the gambar not so interesting this time around..but try it, you may like the soup as much as i do.
P/s:Remember to stir your soup every now and then while waiting for it to cooked.

Anyway..kalau ko mau tambah kesedapan ur soup kan, tambah tauhu..lagi sedap tu! sebab my MIL selalu masak this soup for us too..
My Fav soup still itu Lotus Root + Spare Ribs + Ground Nut..tastes superb!!

kaDusMama-hahahah..iya you can add on tauhu also but kan i dont eat tauhu ba.

This is my expertise juga ni…making soup. And yes, I love ABC soup. So easy yet sedap di minum. I normally use tulang babe tho. Kalau datang angin, sia taruh tu wolfberries sama red dates…haha, kasi fusion dia.

Soup! I love soup but it has to be the soupy kind (but if cos … hehehe) and not the creamy kind, I don’t like those creamy kinds. And wifey makes a mean chicken soup. Darn, I feel like a nice bowl of chicken soup right now … hehehe …
