		<title>First leg challenge workout 2012- sexy butt</title>

		<description><![CDATA[Hi All, Ok, so today my workout consist of leg challenge workout. I feel like i have neglected my leg for so long although i actually work on it every other workout i do.. mm entah la.. so i decided to do legs workout only today. I was pretty happy with the result of this workout.  I love the fact that my legs got really tired towards the 8 sets&#8230; and i burned total of 607 kcal in 1hour5 min workout.  I&#8217;m sure by tomorrow i will be walking funny..heheh. Anyway here&#8217;s my workout routine for today. It will really help you tone up your bum, thighs, core and quads.. good for you if you are looking to have sexy firm round butt! My warm up consist of walking on treadmill for 20 min. I was on incline 15% for 18 min with the speed of 4.7 ( this is actually kinda slow for me but i wanted to go slow)  The first 3 min was on 4.5%, speed of 4.5 also. my workout: you got to do this for 10 rounds. Yes, you read that right&#8230; 10 rounds of each workout! Your routine should be like this: Go through exercise 1,2,3,4. Repeat again&#8230; 1,2 ,3 and 4 till you finish 10 sets! 1- Left leg lunges on step board. I use 8kg dumbbell on each side of my hand. &#8211; 10 repetitions. 2- Right leg lunges on step board. weight same as above and reps too. &#160; &#160; 3- Double hand kettle bell swing. This one i did progression. my first set i did 10 reps, second set i did 11 reps, third set 12 reps.. and so on. You get what i mean right? you just gonna add 1 reps at each sets. by the 10 sets, you should be doing 20 reps already. &#160; 4- Barbell squat- i did 6 kg on each side. ( very light again for me, but i don&#8217;t want to kill my legs straight to hell when this is just my 3rd day training) x 10 reps. at the end i add on 3 minutes abs workout.  It goes like this: 10 sec rest, 50 second work for 3 min. Consist of 3 exercise only. 1- Abs crunch with shoulder press up. I was using 10 pounds medicine ball. 2- Abs bench tuck 3- Leg raise and abs cycle. &#160; How to do the abs workout? 1- Do normal crunch with medicine ball above your shoulder, once you reach the top, bring the medicine ball down to your chest and push it back up above your head and slowly roll your back on the floor again. keep repeating till you reach 50 sec. 2- You will need a bench for this workout. Sit at the edge of the bench, place both hand at the back and lean backward, extend your legs out and then bring your knee to your chest and bring your body up. Repeat till you reach 50 ec 3- Lie flat on your back. Legs up in the air, hands at the back of your head and  then slowly lower your legs down just before your back start arching and then bring left  knee to your chest and right elbow to your knee and repeat the same movement till you reach 50 sec. I know i have been following Zuzana for sometimes now, but i decided to stop for while..not that she isn&#8217;t good.. she is! Don&#8217;t get me wrong.. i just need a new routine for a changed and oh if you are wondering..i am also following myomytv workout routine but she is very much working with Kettlebells&#8230; she&#8217;s good&#8230; you should give that site a go too&#8230; www.myomytv.com So here&#8217;s my workout gonna be like for today&#8230;. I&#8217;m gonna start with a light warm up&#8230; 10 min on treadmill..speed 4.5 to 5.5,  incline 4.5 &#8211; 7.0 depending on my heart rate. After that..i&#8217;m gonna do a full body workout routine..today&#8217;s target 540 reps in total. 		<description><![CDATA[Basically this workout is basic enough that everyone can do it. Sometimes it&#8217;s good to go back to the basic again. So here&#8217;s how i&#8217;m gonna do it today. 3 sets of 20 reps for each exercise.  It&#8217;s a total body workout&#8230; and this workout consist of 8 exercises. EASY AIN&#8221;T IT? ;P I have to change the second workout. I&#8217;m not confortable working out in an area where there&#8217;s full of men. so instead of using pull up bars, i&#8217;ve change it to prone lat pull with resistance band workout.  You will still be targeting the same muscle anyways&#8230; 1- Diagonal Woodchop [youtube]Nv6HkXpcbm8&#38;feature=related[/youtube] 2- Gymball Latpulls with resistance band. </a>Basically this workout is basic enough that everyone can do it. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  Sometimes it&#8217;s good to go back to the basic again.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s how i&#8217;m gonna do it today.</p>
<p>3 sets of 20 reps for each exercise.  It&#8217;s a total body workout&#8230; and this workout consist of 8 exercises. EASY AIN&#8221;T IT? ;P</p>
<p><em>I have to change the second workout. I&#8217;m not confortable working out in an area where there&#8217;s full of men. so instead of using </em><a href="http://www.ultimatebodypress.com/" target="_blank">pull up bars</a><em>, i&#8217;ve change it to prone lat pull with resistance band workout.  You will still be targeting the same muscle anyways&#8230; <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  </em></p>

Today i&#8217;ve seen so many couples walking hand in hand..ladies getting gift, flowers.. brought me back to m younger year..when valentine day was celebrated the same way too. Hmm.. those were the days.. carefree and not much of responsibility. Anyway, i celebrated my V day slightly different this year. Instead of whacking food,sitting down on couch in front of tv and adding on more pounds on my belly.. i spent my time on the gym floor sweating and torturing myself. Yup, i was busy working out and at the same time wishing anyone and everyone that i know..happy valentine&#8217;s day in between. It&#8217;s actually very uplifting you know and with that workout .. i managed to burn 635 calories! Thanks to my polar watch and HR monitor belt.. i managed to track my progression today.. i mean before this i only can count  my calories on the treadmill but while doing my circuit i have no idea how much was i burning! I thought i&#8217;ve lost my HR monitor but found it in the store room recently and took advantage on it straight away..guess now..my polar watch will be my fav new tools in gym..yey! Oh my workout today was 300 reps workout and of cos i did one of zuzana&#8217;s workout again.. too lazy to think on my own..:P lagipun si zuzana&#8217;s workout cukup berkesan for me..so why susah payah when there is already a way for you to copy and buat ja kan? hehehe yes, yes..im too lazy in that sense.. &#8220;aiks, sia lapar pula tiba tiba now.. hmm thinking to whack that blackberry in the frigde..eh wait it&#8217;s not blackberry it&#8217;s blueberries actually heheh..mimpi phone blackberry kejap&#8221; Anyhoo.. i need to mandi now.. mau rehat kejap and then masuk bilik tidur..tmrw sambung workout lagi..yes, workout is my ecstasy nowadays and i&#8217;m addicted to it! Tomorrow i will be doing my 600 reps workout and dang peeps i believe this will be high intensity workout even for me.. but im gonna push myself this time around as much as i can&#8230; I don&#8217;t know how fast i can finish this whole routine but im hoping it won&#8217;t be more than 35 min.. so let&#8217;s see. Anyway, im gonna call this workout MAD WORKOUT just because i think it is mad workout&#8230;hahhahaha.. but if i can do it&#8230;so can you All you need is positive thinking, determination, will power and believing in yourself that you can.. and you will be on the right track then. So here&#8217;s the routine&#8230; 600 reps, personal best time. 1-Elevated leg lunges (R) &#8211; 30 reps 2- Elevated leg Lunges ( L)- 30 reps 3- Move to the side push up- 60 reps 4- Diagonal touch down push up ( R) &#8211; 30 reps 5- Diagonal Touch Down push up ( L)- 30 reps 6- One legged leg lift Bridge &#8211; ( R) &#8211; 30 reps 7- One legged leg Lift Bridge ( L) &#8211; 30 reps 8- Mountain Climber &#8211; 60 reps &#8221; my current fav workout &#8221; 9- Triple abs knee tuck- 60 reps 10- Low jump jack- 60 reps 11- Full get up &#8211; 60 reps 12- Dead lift- 60 reps 13- star crunch- 60 reps. But that doesn&#8217;t mean i have been slacking,no i have not in fact i have just increased the intensity up a lil more..only resting 1 day this time around. I did that just because i really wanna challenge my body..i know i can do it because of how active i was 2 years half ago&#8230; i believe by doing 30 min max workout every day is nothing as compared to my 4 hours a day workout last time while i was still active teaching GX classes. So, last week and this week is dedicated to Zuzana&#8217;s workout week..been doing 2 of her workout alternate days..so far im really enjoying it although it can be very challenging at times..but heck no pain no freaking gain right? It&#8217;s not like modern furniture thingy, all comfy and nice. ;P Here&#8217;s the workout i did for these past few days PART 1 6 rounds,30 sec work, 15 sec rest. Touch wall squat ( 3 sets on each side R n L) sumo push up jump lunges- This is a killer workout for me! Reverse push up. My score have improved too with this workout but not gonna bore you with numbers now.. so no score here for this one PART 2 Personal best time-  meaning do this workout as many reps as i can. 8 rounds for all workouts. prisoner squat with knee lift cross- 20 reps Santana push up &#8211; 10 reps jump rope/skip- 100 reps as fast as you can plank knee tuck- 20 reps. The first time i tried this workout which was over the weekend- i did 37 min and yesterday i broke my record by doing 27 min!! WOHOOOOO..i was so freaking happy in the gym,freaking proud of myself! And today, i intend to do the old 8 drill workout&#8230;lets see how i do it this time around. The last time i did this workout,did it only 1 set instead of 2&#8230; so this time i&#8221;m gonna complete it with 2 sets&#8230; will post the workout routine here later and the score.. 		<description><![CDATA[Hi All, Im sure by now you all know that Dan and i have been working out everyday just so that we could reach our weight goal by month of Dec . He wanted to lose 4kg and i want to lose 5kg. Pretty small amount of weight to lose if you look at the numbers..but it ain&#8217;t easy work to achieve that for sure. YUP! Oh well, at least we know if we continue to be active and healthy we wont be needing medicare supplement plans anytime soon kan? We are now just trying to understand our dear friend &#8220;CALORIES&#8221; at the moment. It&#8217;s sure is driving me nuts understanding what food contain how much calories..and how long does one need to workout just to burn one bloody DONUT! 1 freaking DONUT requires you to run at least 30 to 40 minutes on treadmill! OMG!!! But i don&#8217;t want to drive myself up to the wall just going on counting calories.. so at the moment, my diet will be as per normal but i will just be cutting down my junk food intake ( yes, i do take  junk food specially gummy bears and potato chips) my portions will be lesser but will take more vege and fruits! That&#8217;s as far as im going with dieting for now,  with us working out everyday..we definitely need the energy..cutting down thing too drastic will just &#8220;kill&#8221; us both. I want to be healthy not falling sick. Anyway, not gonna prob into diet too much for now but i will share with you a very basic workout program for real beginner. This workout is easy to follow and it does not take too much of your time in the gym . oh actually you can also do this at home that&#8217;s the best thing about this workout. Dan and i did this workout this whole week.. MONDAY To FRIDAY &#8211; 30 min cardio everyday. MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY- Circuit training workout. &#8220;always alternate your workout , never over do it with strength training&#8221; Squat, push up, running on the spot, front lunges, bicep curl,star jump, triceps dip, shoulder and planks- all of these workout you only need to do 30 sec each. once you complete the whole circuit you take 1- 2 min rest in between before you start your second round.  We only did 2 sets. This workout is so easy to follow but yet it will work your whole body and it will burn calories too! This workout is great for beginners. If  you are new to exercising, this will definitely takes the air out of you but don&#8217;t give up..continue with it..take your time..you are not competing with anyone here.. what&#8217;s important is the technique and the feeling of  sweet victory after finishing the whole workout.. that&#8217;s the important bits! Trust me&#8230;the first time is the toughest one&#8230;but after that ..it will feel much easier and fun to do. Im sure Dan can tell you how he feels on this one And oh, if you feel sore the next day..that&#8217;s normal. That&#8217;s what we call Delay onset muscle soreness ( DOMS) you should be feeling good if you get that pain..that&#8217;s mean you are really working your body and you should still continue your workout routine by just doing a lite cardio work follow up with flexibility workout aka STRETCHING! <p>Im sure by now you all know that Dan and i have been working out everyday just so that we could reach our weight goal by month of Dec <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> . He wanted to lose 4kg and i want to lose 5kg. Pretty small amount of weight to lose if you look at the numbers..but it ain&#8217;t easy work to achieve that for sure. YUP! Oh well, at least we know if we continue to be active and healthy we wont be needing<a href="http://www.allsup.com/" target="_blank"> medicare supplement plans </a>anytime soon kan?<br />

<p>We are now just trying to understand our dear friend &#8220;CALORIES&#8221; at the moment. It&#8217;s sure is driving me nuts understanding what food contain how much calories..and how long does one need to workout just to burn one bloody DONUT! 1 freaking DONUT requires you to run at least 30 to 40 minutes on treadmill! OMG!!!</p>
<p>But i don&#8217;t want to drive myself up to the wall just going on counting calories.. so at the moment, my diet will be as per normal but i will just be cutting down my junk food intake ( yes, i do take  junk food specially gummy bears and potato chips) my portions will be lesser but will take more vege and fruits! That&#8217;s as far as im going with dieting for now,  with us working out everyday..we definitely need the energy..cutting down thing too drastic will just &#8220;kill&#8221; us both. How to apply this product: First step- Applying voluminising product. Mircoz volumising. Applying this product is as easy as ABC All you need is..your Mascara ( i used Maybeline mascara here, but if you want to buy mascara from their brand i have the price detail at the bottom of this post ) and your mircoz eyelash treatment product. First, apply mascara on your lash, then coat it with the first coat of  mircoz eyelash volumising then back to your mascara again and repeat the same step till you get the desire volume. Apply this from the bottom of your lash and all the way up to the tip so you&#8217;ll have even coating. Second step- Apply the Mircoz lengthening Once you get the desire volume on your lash, apply another coat of Mascara then apply the lengthening product on the tip of your lashes only. Do not apply from the bottom as this step is not necessary Keep repeating the step ( mascara, lengthening,mascara, lenthening..you get the drift right?) till the desired length achieved. Then you will definitely benefit this result TADAAAA..my natural looking super long eyelash! And my eye bag is getting darker by day, i&#8217;ve been sleeping on time ( ok, i lied but i have enough hours of sleep anyway) been covering my dark eye circle with concealer lately..i hate it! Wonder what eye cream brand could do the magic? Any suggestion ladies? I realize it got worse after my stay in JKT..sob sob. It got better but still the black line is more prominent now compared to last time..waaaaaaaaa..:( Anyway, i just wanna share with you  peeps few shap shoot that i took  for the past few days when our dear skies was in &#8220;good mood&#8221; Sunrise in the morning ..:D Orange sun&#8230; Morning glow Love the color of the skies&#8230; this was taken on sunday evening Can you see the multi colored skies forming a circle? <p>I have not done any of  my workout routine for ages so im sure it has nothing to do with me being over trained but maybe i&#8217;m having the syndrome of being over trained on training the  team&#8230;LOL! Ada ka like that?</p>
<p>And my eye bag is getting darker by day, i&#8217;ve been sleeping on time ( ok, i lied but i have enough hours of sleep anyway) been covering my dark eye circle with concealer lately..i hate it! Wonder what <a href="http://www.besteyecreams.org/" target="_blank">eye cream</a> brand could do the magic? Any suggestion ladies? I realize it got worse after my stay in JKT..sob sob. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  It got better but still the black line is more prominent now compared to last time..waaaaaaaaa..:(</p>

It felt like it happen only yesterday that i  got HITCHED officially and now looking back it&#8217;s  nearly two months since 18.07.09 ( few more days it&#8217;s going to be two month) . Both of us was so busy right after the engagement..we didn&#8217;t really get to enjoy our new status  as newly &#8220;ENGAGED&#8221;  and now we are already on the roll with the wedding plan.  The only time we had for ourself to enjoy our newly engaged status was our Krabi holiday..LOL! As soon as we got back from kk.. things just got into fast farward mode ( that&#8217;s how i felt) i have to study and prepare my training module, going into meetings after meetings and then straight on to conducting training after training. On top of that, every weekend now we have to do loads of travelling, checking  out wedding stuff, flowers, venues, cakes.. make up artist..etc etc and not to forget..i have RCIA class to attend. Wahahahahhaahah&#8230; FULL BLAST YO! In month of october, we have wedding course to attend, Feb flying back to KK for wedding interview and  i guess when we are there.. another loads of stuff to check and see. I am lucky to have my sister Anitha to help me out with kk side wedding reception..if not..haha, im sure im gonna pull my hair out!  Not a pretty sight to see when the bride start pulling her hair isn&#8217;t it..LOL!!! Ahh.. even writing this up made me feel &#8220;waaa..so banyak kerja&#8221; but im not alone&#8230; I have a strong support from my family back home, sister and brother is running the whole show there, im so lucky to have them as my siblings&#8230; kalau inda i have no idea how am i gonna deal with the whole situation i believe. In Kl, i have Dan&#8217;s mom, brother and cousin  sister helping us out and of cos&#8230; my strong macho man Daniel. Saw this NC short term health insurance, that reminds me..i need to get my insurance stuff done too soon. ah..another to do list.. This was one of the gown fitting i did at Pretty in White in Hartamas&#8230; Love the detailing on the train&#8230;i think its gorgeous but nope..this is not gonna be my wedding gown ;P ni teaser saja ba&#8230; Ba ok la..im off to check out online backup. I need that magic lil stuff to store all my pictures and work. My laptop memory is getting &#8220;stuffier&#8221; by day now..:P]]></description>

Me, riding bike on my own. I manage juga.. tapi inda la pi jalan raya.. only at the  hotel parking area. Best pula kan ride motor ni&#8230;LOL!LOL! This was taken on the day we&#8217;re leaving Krabi&#8230;hahah kesian ba kami .. kepunan matahari Krabi. Just like the signage i was holding said.. this restaurant serve clean and good food!! Yummy.. tapi jangan harap makanan sini murah sangat&#8230;.1 beef, vege , tom yam soup (small), 2 steam rice and 2 drinks.. can cost you up to Rm 34-36  but you won&#8217;t regret it la. Ba sia mau surf  and look for tv stands dulu, i think it&#8217;s time for me to do so.. get a new tv stand at home Ba, till then. Nite peeps.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[[ad] As you all may already know, we spent our weekend at Krabi this time around as our post engagement holiday. It was really fun! I really enjoyed the short weekend trip. We arrived on Friday afternoon only to be greeted by rainy, cloudy and windy weather. The hotel coordinator told us that the weather has been like that for the past few days and may last till weekend. My heart sank when i heard the news.As soon as we reach the hotel, we waste no time and went out to check Krabi Pranang beach area. Before we stroll down the beach, Dan suggested that we should rent a motorbike to go around town and head we go hunt for motorbike rental place. Five minute walk later.. we found the place. For 200 baht per day (rm20) and we have our own &#8220;superbike&#8221; to travel in Krabi. I was kinda nervous at first when Dan start the motorbike, it was my first time riding bike with him and that was his first too after his accident 10 years ago, LOL!! But after a while, we both had fun, laughing and Dan&#8217;s making funny sound and comments while riding the bike&#8230;ah.. that was quite an experience for me..oh did i mentioned? I also pandai pandai start motorbike and rode for about 200 meter back and forth..heheh that was fun..but i dont think i will do that here in Malaysia. Sini scary la. Anyway, on the second day weather was still  gloomy and our island trip has to be cancelled due to choppy sea and unpredictable weather. We decided to extend the bike rental and took a trip down to Krabi town about 30 km away from where we stayed. At town, we took a boat to I can&#8217;t remember the river name now but it was suppose to bring us to this famous Krabi landmark. Along the way, we stop at one spot where we were allowed to go into a cave..that was scary yet exciting for me.. i never been to a cave before in my whole life..so that was the first (again) for me. After the cave trip, the boat man took us to canal of mangrove.. i see lots and lots of kayu bakau &#8220;menari&#8221;. The way the tree intertwined with each other&#8230;really look like they were dancing. But the first thing pops in my mind when i saw the mangrove  was the dogs that was thrown at pulau ketam i wonder what happen to those dogs&#8230; sigh.. i hope every single of them was rescued now. After the boat ride, which cost us 300 baht each (rm30 per person for an hour) we were suppose to go and climb this tiger cave with 1200 steps! Yes, you read that right 1200 steps.. but hahahah..someone said..er.. lets cancel that one and just go to gastrpod fossil beach.. and hop we go to that beach..sampai sana&#8230;hmm it was kinda dull for us.. so we didnt want to waste another Rm20 per person just to see batu or siput kerang yg sudah bertahun lama di dalam laut and jadi fossils&#8230; so we just did bit of shopping and went back home straight to hotel. All in all.. the trip was really relaxing,fun and enjoyable  despite being disappointed for not being able to go to Phi Phi island and enjoy the white sandy beach as how Leonardo Dicaprio get to enjoy it in his movie called THE BEACH. Dan and i promise we will come back to Krabi again soon to enjoy the island next round. For now, i need to check this fat burner out ;P]]></description>

If you have been following my post about Jakarta, im sure you will be able to guess the price&#8230;. roughly. Nothing is cheap when it comes to mall food court and not knowing many places where i can get food that similar to Malaysia food. i don&#8217;t have much choice but to have my lunch and dinner at mall food court. I wish i had someone bringing me around though..unfortunately&#8230;no one was free..sob sob&#8230;. But one thing i love about JKT mall food court is their cleanliness!!! It&#8217;s wayyyyyyyyy cleaner than Malaysia mall food court&#8230;seriously..even their toilets..OMG!!! I think i can even walk kaki ayam in the loo and not feeling disgusted at all, LOL!! And oh&#8230;I love the fresh fruit juice too.. its so pure and yummy! Wish i can find one place here in Malaysia where they serve 100% pure juice&#8230;no sugar, no ice and less water&#8230;hmmm yummy!! Anyone out there know where i can get this?? Anyway, if you are looking for Outer Banks rentals for your holidays outside of Malaysia, just hit the highlighted &#8220;note&#8221; . I wish i can go to one of the houses&#8230;but &#8230;.. it would be awesome if i could rent one of the houses there for my honeymoon or even my wedding venue&#8230;;) but hmm..mimpi saja la Mel&#8230;.LOL!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[[ad] Friday, exactly 7 more days from today i will be done and over with Jakarta life and i will start my new journey in KL. Im am so happy and excited about this but at the same time worried and nervous about it. Im not so sure if my training here did gave me enough confident and knowledge to bring it down to the trainers back in KL. I do hope i have though. It was hard for me here in Jakarta. That&#8217;s the truth..i did enjoyed the time here (people are warm and friendly) but at the same time i had fair amount of &#8220;sufferings&#8221; as well . First it was the food..i had hard time adjusting to the food here. Food that was familiar to me back at home was really costly here in Jakarta, cheap food means i have to take the local dish which honestly doesn&#8217;t really go well with my taste bud. Then came the language.. this was the toughest part for me. Because of the language barrier, i had hard time trying to understand the training module, speaking to the local and getting around town. You may think they understand us Malaysian but that&#8217;s not true..our language is different from them! So if you are coming down to Jakarta..i  suggest that you get a good language book in hand in case you don&#8217;t know any local here! Our pronounciation and the way we say it is totally different from them! We may have some word similar but mostly..nope! Jakarta city offer you alot of shopping malls  and most of them are as big as Pavillion back in KL and barang barang sini pun inda la murah sangat. I can say, it&#8217;s similar to what kl can offer you and since price doesnt differ much from kl, i  didnt shop for the first time in my oversees trip. Jakarta is a metropolis city. Offices was build on sky high building, huge, tall and beautiful! (rental pun sia dengar cantik juga ) But malangnya, the houses here are so scattered that it looks so messy and almost.. menyakitkan mata (i think they need the Outer Banks homes agency to help them )  and the road condition in this housing area really reminds me off jalan Ranau to Sandakan&#8230; betul betul rosak cuma beza dia ..you get this di dalam perumahan jakarta di tengah tengah bandar and bukan di kampung. Im sure by now, you guys know that Jakarta is not the cleanness city you can ever get. Orang sini buang sampah merata rata tempat!  Once i was in a cab on the way to one of the club, the cab driver senang saja buka window trus buang sampah dari dalam kereta like its not a big deal ( memang pun its not a big deal for them but i was so shocked) and another time, i was walking with one of my colleague here..tengah syiok syiok bercerita.. he just spat right there and then in front of me!  I was speechless when that happen..sia kegelian trus, LOL! Mau tell him off..but hmmm.again i don&#8217;t think its unusual thing for them. Yup, thats how i see Jakarta&#8230; You may see it differently from me..but hey, we are not the same people right? But one thing i love about Jakarta is the people&#8230; they are so nice warm and lovely! I guess that will be the one thing that i will miss the most about this beautiful yet crazy place the warmed and friendly smile of Jakartan&#8217;s! Anyhow,  some of you have asked me is it worth to come and visit Jakarta..of cos i would say yes! Come and see the place yourself..experienced it! You need to do that to know the place yourself&#8230;don&#8217;t take my words 100% ..again like i said..we may see it differently tapi i won&#8217;t recommend it if you wanna come here alone for a longggggggggg holiday! 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] Yes, i just got back from the island today, loads of things has changed there since my last visit back in year 2003&#8230;i can&#8217;t remember most of the place now but i enjoyed the short trip. It was only a day trip this time around but im sure the next one will definitely be a longer trip. We arrived at the airport around 9am and my new colleague was kind enough to bring Jeff and me to makan place in the morning before heading to the gym. Gurney area didn&#8217;t change much..the stall that we used to go and makan was still there..the beach area was still the same except the mall apparently got a new extension to it. Back in FF years, whenever we go to Penang it only meant one thing&#8230;PIGGING OUT TIME! Yea, we were so crazy that we wallop anything and everything..that time i could afford to makan like that la..but now, heh..i have to control my food intake..yea la, i don&#8217; t workout as much as before anymore..metabolism pun kurang dy..susah juga kan kalau tiba tiba ada orang yg mau kena pakai AED to revive ourself back kan??LOL!! Palis-palis! Today also marked the last day im gonna be seeing this dude(Jeff)&#8230; and that&#8217;s mean when i&#8217;m back from Jakarta and my holiday&#8230;i will be on my own already, i am definitely nervous because one week of learning and trying to understand the culture of the clubs is not enough..but i hope with the training provided in Jakarta&#8230;im good to go. Hmm&#8230; nervous, nervous! But, whatever it is&#8230;life have to go on kan? And with that said, i thanked Jeff for everything..for teaching me and showing me around the club for the past one week. Hope to see you again! Im sure i will call you bila me balik from Jakarta..im sure i have forgetten where and what i need to do first thing in the morning when i arrive the club again in August! LOL! Other note&#8230; i&#8217;m leaving soon..sob sob..im worried definitely, i have never been outside of Malaysia for so long all by myself although im sure my colleagues in Jakarta a nice people  but i am worried about sleeping at new place all alone on the first day..tau la kan&#8230;strange place and all..i hope i can sleep..aiya. <p>Yes, i just got back from the island today, loads of things has changed there since my last visit back in year 2003&#8230;i can&#8217;t remember most of the place now but i enjoyed the short trip. It was only a day trip this time around but im sure the next one will definitely be a longer trip.</p>

Let&#8217;s see.. 1- My team mates mainly Men..only 20% women instructors 2- I am so petite standing next to them..so petite that i can&#8217;t help but felt intimidated by them..lol! ( for first time i felt like that in gym..LOL) To me &#8230;they are like HULK and im like a small lil girl&#8230; 3- I have so many things to learn, specially with muscles name and exercises name ( ok, i know the basic name of the  exercise but the specific saintific name&#8230;white flags for me) 4- My biggest upcoming challenge will be..to get bunch of people be interested in learning and passing their exams with flying colors! Kalau inda, year end..no bonus for me..sob sob sob! 5- I will be away starting this friday till mid next month and will be back to kl for one day just in time to change my baju&#8217;s and repack all my holiday baju&#8217;s back to KK for 2 weeks! This will be the longest time that i ever been far away (alone) from home, Gummi and Dan&#8230;sedih pula sia ni&#8230;astaga. Im sure i&#8217;m gonna miss all of them dearly! I hope i can do it&#8230;sob sob. &#8221; i can hear Daniel giggling at the back quietly for his 1 month freedom&#8221; 6-And tomorrow will be a gruelling day for me..visiting 2 clubs,learn more about muscles,exercises, more info about teh trainers needs and then gonna have to work my ass out with the current development coach. 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] To do chappati dough is not as challenging as rolling the dough&#8230;although making a good chappati you will need the dough texture to be just nice..not too soft and not too hard&#8230;but i still think rolling dough is much more challenging than mixing it. My first attempt rolling &#8220;round&#8221; chappati was not very successful. I never manage to make it as round as in the mamak shop does..i always ended up rolling some weird shape and once i even manage to roll a Sabah Map, Seriously! But i didn&#8217;t manage to snap a picture of that particular &#8220;map&#8221; cos the hungry boy at home wallop it in no time ( This  is one of his fav food) Anyway, i&#8217;ll show you pictures of my first  attempt making a round chappati.. That&#8217;s my another way of trying to make a round chappati&#8230;using my hand instead of the roller&#8230;LOL! But as you can see..i&#8217;m just not making any round chappati&#8230;i made some weird chappati shape instead. and my dough&#8230;hahaha..i didnt do well with it too&#8230;i kinda made it bit tooo hard or too thin..im not sure cos it turn out to be a crispy chappati instead..LOL! Another not so round chappati shape&#8230;. see the one on the chappati pan&#8230; But after making few rounds of chappati for dinner and breakfast  at home and with some guidance from Dan&#8217;s mom&#8230;  i finally manage to make a decent round chappati and good dough now..im still not 100% perfect yet with everything..but at least im not making any crazy shape anymore, LOL!  One day, will show you the round shape chappati pictures but for now i need to check the undermount sink, i believe something must have clogged it..cos everytime i wash my dishes..the water doesn&#8217;t seems to drain away as fast as before..wonder what&#8217;s happening and i wonder if there is a way to clear the &#8220;kerongkong&#8221; of the sink???
