		<description><![CDATA[Understanding my body&#8230; yep, this is one thing that i still struggle up to this day. It changes every now and then.. as you aged.. the more drastic changes sets it.. either you like it or not&#8230; you got to live with it. At the age of 30, i have gone from super lean look to not so lean look to full grown woman body.. yes, i know i should be thankful and feel blessed with these body but having been living with an ATHLETIC LOOK for almost all of my life&#8230; this changes has just thrown me out of my comfort zone! I used to live with only less than 20% of my body fat..heck it was lesser than 15% actually. I was  lean.. well toned body..and proud of my super almost visible 6 packs ( 4 packs definitely but 6 packs almost visible) &#8230; as i aged&#8230;my metabolism slows down..my ass got heavier.. i got lazier and  my bodyfat percentage shoot up! It wasn&#8217;t that bad at first.. it was only like 18% &#8230; but as i reach mid 20&#8242;s i realized that my body started changing.. I&#8217;m growing more hips&#8230; I&#8217;m growing bigger boobs ( not that i&#8217;m complaining about it, cos it not la besar sangat) i&#8217;m also pilling up tiers on my so called 6 packs! Goodness gracious! I definitely panicked.. but did i change my lifestyle? NOPE,  i did not&#8230; I still continue eating as how i used to when i was younger ( yes, habit die hard) living in denial&#8230; telling myself  that i am still young.. i could afford to eat this much amount and i still worked out what.. so why need changes? Little did i know&#8230; all that amount of unhealthy food that i used to take will actually stay WAYYYYYYYYYYYY longer in my system and give me the effect wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy much later in my life&#8230;by late 20&#8242;s my bodyfat percentage have gone from 15% to 18%  to 20% and now at the age of 30 my bodyfat percentage is sitting nicely and comfortably  at 23%!!  ARGGG!!! Everyone thinks i look good, i look sexy, i have the right amount of &#8220;meat&#8221; at the right place&#8230;but seriously.. do i feel all that? I don&#8217;t.  I know too well that if i don&#8217;t keep myself in checked all the time.. that 23% could well turned to 33% by the next 10 years&#8230; do i want that to happen?? NO, i don&#8217;t.  But genetic plays a big role in life&#8230; i have big size genetic.. i gain easily&#8230; and to lose it.. it&#8217;s not as easy as it was before. Yes, i used to gain it.. and lose it back just like that&#8230; and because of this &#8221; magic&#8221; now you see, now you don&#8217;t weight.. i also have &#8220;earned&#8221; few stretch marks here in there in my body part&#8230; sigh.. but i am still thankful that i don&#8217;t have it on my arms..:( oh and don&#8217;t mentioned about cellulite&#8217;s&#8230; I have tonnes of that in me.. I&#8217;m more than willing to share it with you if you need some&#8230; My whole legs  covered with them! YUCK! As i get older&#8230; it becomes more visible&#8230; it scares the hell out of me! Can we all lose our cellulite?? NOPE! We can&#8217;t ..again.. this is your genetic..you have to live with it as i am now&#8230; all you can do.. work out hard and hope that all that muscle you have gained while working out .. will cover it up for you&#8230; So now, at the age of 30&#8230; i am just picking up the pace again where i have left when i was at the age of 27&#8230; i stopped working out completely from age 27 till 29 1/2 and i&#8217;m paying it now with all these unwanted extra pounds on me&#8230;. It&#8217;s hard to be honest, working out is something that i need to adapt to again after so long.. but if i want to live longer and healthier.. i know i have to make the sacrifices now for my own future&#8230; nothing comes easy anyway in life.. you got to work to earn it. Either in smart way or hard way&#8230;.. As for healthy eating habit&#8230; this is another part that i am still learning at the moment.. and trying to make it a habit.. BLOODY HARD,  i know. So to those people out there&#8230;who keep asking me about food&#8230; my advice to you is&#8230; if you think you can&#8217;t make the drastic change and know well that you will fall back to where you came from after 1 or 2 weeks of healthy eating&#8230; i would say, start with just cutting your normal portion size by half , after 1 month or so move on to cutting/ eliminating the bad food from your list ..1 or 2 item at a time and from there..slowly increase the amount&#8230; and if you ever fall back to old habits.. don&#8217;t give up.. keep going.. It&#8217;s not the amount of time you failed counts but it&#8217;s how determined you are with it&#8230;.:) I know i have fallen back to the &#8221; bad eating&#8221; category few times now.. but i pick myself up again whenever i think i am there&#8230;healthy eating habit can be tough.. but it can be tough only if you want to make it tough on yourself&#8230;. being healthy is all up to you at the end of the day.. if you are not ready for it&#8230; memang susah,  but if you have that clear mind set of what you want.. i believe..everything will be easy for you. So here i am today&#8230; at the age of 30&#8230; i am now  working my cute round butt out  with my crazy cute round butt husband in the gym where i&#8217;m attached to now&#8230;. Will it be easy for both of us.. 		<description><![CDATA[Yes, ABS as in your 6 packs or 8 packs, midsection or also known as your Core area. ( lucky you if you can have those 8 packs,Im freaking JEALOUS!!) Anyway, i just bought this cool workout book which talks specifically about ABS and since most of you guys always tell me you wanna lose those flab around your mid section and ask me how to..maybe these few ABS rules will help you up. So here&#8217;s the rules according to this book. 1- Don&#8217;t do sit up!! There is no single best move for building a solid six packs, least of all the simple sit- up, as wedging your feet under a bench and raising your chest to your knees mainly work the hip flexor( kau punya join di hip) not the abdominal. Try doing Crunches and reverse crunch instead. This will target upper and lower abs of yours. 2- Work your whole body. Such as Squats and dead lifts. These exercise require the abs to provide stability throughout the move. SO performing them as part of your training will stimulate both deep lying and outer core muscles to build strong and stable midsection. 3- Hit your abs from all angles Doing only standard crunches meaning you will only be targeting your upper abs. Try doing reverse crunches which will hit your lower abs and twisting crunch will hit the obliques ( side abs) to help complete your packs 4- Keep your cardio short. Cardio Exercise should revolve around interval and hill sessions rather than long steady  paced runs to maximize calorie burn and help shift the layer of fat that will keep all your hard work hidden. In laymen term, buat la larian seperti kau naik bukit, turun bukit..lari laju laju and then slow down balik and then pick up your pace balik. Time wise you can do 30 sec run , 30 sec walk..or even 1 min run, 2 min walk pace either way..that&#8217;s what we call interval cardio.  Spending 20 to 30 min of this cardio work is a good start. 5- Ring the changes Variation is the key to keeping your abs working and developing. If you just repeat the same old routine and don&#8217;t introduce any new exercise, your muscle will stop responding. Alternate your routines throughout the week and keep building abs. 6- Eat more protein. To build muscle you need to eat between 1.5g and 2g of lean protein per kilo of your bodyweight everyday. Even then, you may not be able to see your six-pack if your body fat percentage is higher than 10% ( yup, you heard,read and see that right! 10 freaking percent!!) so you will need to burn more calories than you consume to shift that excess flab. So yea, kalau i wanna show my packs balik.. i need to go back down to nearly 10 percent! Hmm, can i do it? 7- Treat the ABS like any other muscle To build your abs, work them like you would your other major muscle groups. Start with sets of 10 to 15 repetitions, leaving a day&#8217;s rest between sessions and increase the intensity by adding extra sets. Bashing out 200 reps of an abs exercise everyday will lead to a hernia, not six-pack! 8- Save the abs until last Working your abs at the start of your session can fatigue them so that they don&#8217;t provide the stability needed for big compound moves, meaning you&#8217;ll have to settle for lifting less. Work your abs later in the session or devote an entire workout to them. 9- Stretch your core improving your core flexibility aids recovery.Long, supple muscles allow for better blood flow which helps nutrients to reach your muscle. Look up for core stretch on the net for &#8220;hot to stretch&#8221; 10 &#8211; Get down lower Defining the top four abdominals is easier than revealing the bottom two: unless if you include  specific exercises to work them hard. Start with reverse crunches with your legs either on a swiss ball or straight up in the air. 11- Don&#8217;t ignore the deep lying muscles Performing exercises such as the plank work the inner core muscles that provide the stability that allows the outer muscles to become stronger and bigger. Here&#8217;s some pictures for you to see a basic variation of abs workout. This is a full plank. This will work your core area. And this is side plank which will target your side oblique. This is how you do crunches, you only need to lift your shoulder off the floor and not bring your whole shoulder touching your knee! Last but not least, this is your reverse crunch. All you need to do is lift your butt off the floor slightly. Try not to swing your legs and hips! control your movement and work only your lower abs. <p>To build your abs, work them like you would your other major muscle groups. Start with sets of 10 to 15 repetitions, leaving a day&#8217;s rest between sessions and increase the intensity by adding extra sets. Bashing out 200 reps of an abs exercise everyday will lead to a hernia, not six-pack!</p>
<p>8- Save the abs until last</p>
<p>Working your abs at the start of your session can fatigue them so that they don&#8217;t provide the stability needed for big compound moves, meaning you&#8217;ll have to settle for lifting less. Work your abs later in the session or devote an entire workout to them.</p>
<p>9- Stretch your core</p>
<p>improving your core flexibility aids recovery.Long, supple muscles allow for better blood flow which helps nutrients to reach your muscle. Look up for core stretch on the net for &#8220;hot to stretch&#8221;</p>
<p>10 &#8211; Get down lower</p>
<p>Defining the top four abdominals is easier than revealing the bottom two: unless if you include  specific exercises to work them hard. Start with reverse crunches with your legs either on a swiss ball or straight up in the air.</p>
<p>11- Don&#8217;t ignore the deep lying muscles</p>
<p>Performing exercises such as the plank work the inner core muscles that provide the stability that allows the outer muscles to become stronger and bigger.</p>

Tomorrow i will be doing my 600 reps workout and dang peeps i believe this will be high intensity workout even for me.. but im gonna push myself this time around as much as i can&#8230; I don&#8217;t know how fast i can finish this whole routine but im hoping it won&#8217;t be more than 35 min.. so let&#8217;s see. Anyway, im gonna call this workout MAD WORKOUT just because i think it is mad workout&#8230;hahhahaha.. but if i can do it&#8230;so can you All you need is positive thinking, determination, will power and believing in yourself that you can.. and you will be on the right track then. So here&#8217;s the routine&#8230; 600 reps, personal best time. 1-Elevated leg lunges (R) &#8211; 30 reps 2- Elevated leg Lunges ( L)- 30 reps 3- Move to the side push up- 60 reps 4- Diagonal touch down push up ( R) &#8211; 30 reps 5- Diagonal Touch Down push up ( L)- 30 reps 6- One legged leg lift Bridge &#8211; ( R) &#8211; 30 reps 7- One legged leg Lift Bridge ( L) &#8211; 30 reps 8- Mountain Climber &#8211; 60 reps &#8221; my current fav workout &#8221; 9- Triple abs knee tuck- 60 reps 10- Low jump jack- 60 reps 11- Full get up &#8211; 60 reps 12- Dead lift- 60 reps 13- star crunch- 60 reps. 		<description><![CDATA[Hi Guys, Been a while now since i last posted about my workout progression..been busy,tired and lazy at the same time to update my workout progression here..LOL! But that doesn&#8217;t mean i have been slacking,no i have not in fact i have just increased the intensity up a lil more..only resting 1 day this time around. I did that just because i really wanna challenge my body..i know i can do it because of how active i was 2 years half ago&#8230; i believe by doing 30 min max workout every day is nothing as compared to my 4 hours a day workout last time while i was still active teaching GX classes. So, last week and this week is dedicated to Zuzana&#8217;s workout week..been doing 2 of her workout alternate days..so far im really enjoying it although it can be very challenging at times..but heck no pain no freaking gain right? It&#8217;s not like modern furniture thingy, all comfy and nice. ;P Here&#8217;s the workout i did for these past few days PART 1 6 rounds,30 sec work, 15 sec rest. Touch wall squat ( 3 sets on each side R n L) sumo push up jump lunges- This is a killer workout for me! Reverse push up. My score have improved too with this workout but not gonna bore you with numbers now.. so no score here for this one PART 2 Personal best time-  meaning do this workout as many reps as i can. 8 rounds for all workouts. prisoner squat with knee lift cross- 20 reps Santana push up &#8211; 10 reps jump rope/skip- 100 reps as fast as you can plank knee tuck- 20 reps. The first time i tried this workout which was over the weekend- i did 37 min and yesterday i broke my record by doing 27 min!! WOHOOOOO..i was so freaking happy in the gym,freaking proud of myself! And today, i intend to do the old 8 drill workout&#8230;lets see how i do it this time around. 		<description><![CDATA[Hi All, Tomorrow is Monday again and that&#8217;s mean it&#8217;s time for us to get back into our workout routine after 2 days of rest on the weekend. ( Yes,  Hub and i still need to have a life you know ) I have changed our workout routine this week, no longer the one that we did last week. Well, it&#8217;s not so big of a changes but just a little since Dan is able to follow through the workout pretty well now , the only thing he needs to work on more is on his shoulder and core area.. but other than that.. he takes it in a heart beat all the workout i gave him ( Yes,to all the fitness freak out there..the workout i gave him was simple but to a beginner it can be a killer) so to that.. IM PROUD OF MY HUSBAND! Now before i go on with the workout routine for this week, here&#8217;s some tips that you might want to look into.. this is just the basic tips on training but it sure will help you with your workout. 1- Keep your core tight.( midriff area) You need to ensure that this happen all the time! It is very important for you to have a good support on your core area. This will help you prevent back injury, Imagine this, Someone pulled your head up, pull your shoulder blade to the back and tighten your jean belt&#8230;. that&#8217;s exactly what you need to do every time before you lift your weight. It will help to keep a good posture too if you have a bad posture ..:) If you still can imagine that..just imagine someone gonna punch your abs.. before the punch blow land to your abs.. im sure you would have tighten up your abs right? So yea, exactly that! 2- Watch your speed/tempo. Have you seen someone do their workout like they have been put under some  fast forward button spell? If you are one of them, slow down baby! You ain&#8217;t going anywhere with that type of tempo.. you will only invite and bring  injuries to your body. Why dont you try this instead- whenever you do eccentric movement ( going down phase or when your muscle is lengthening) do it for 3 to 4 sec ( slow and controlled manner) and move 2-3 sec on the concentric movement ( going up or when your muscle is shortening). Trust me, this will make you work your muscle better You will definitely feel the movements&#8230; 3- Don&#8217;t forget to BREATHE!! Now i definitely don&#8217;t want you to turn purple!!! HELL NO! So Inhale and exhale guys whenever you do your workout&#8230;how? Inhale whenever your muscle lengthen ( eccentric) and exhale whenever your muscle shortening ( concentric). Or when you lower your weight INHALE THROUGH YOUR NOSE and when you lift your weight EXHALE  THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. Simple, right That&#8217;s it for the tips today, loads more to come after this..so stay tune. Meantime, this is our workout for this week. Wonder when will wii ever come out with a workout game at home? So at least you know i can play wii at home while working out, that would be cool! But anyways,  i can&#8217;t even afford one wii  at the moment  sudah mau berangan angan&#8230;ahaks! Cardio session- 5 days a week for 30 min. ( not changing this just yet as our target is to lose weight) Time duration: 45 sec per each station. How many Sets- 2 sets 1- Side step Up 2- Push up T press up 3- High Knee 4- Good Morning 5- Tricep push up/ kickbacks 6- Sumo Jump Squat 7- Bicep Curl 8- Lunge Backward 9- crunch &#8211; 10 reps 10- Lower abs leg raise- 10 reps 11- side oblique crunch- 10 reps 12- plank  - 15 sec Rest interval -2 min in between sets. Work at your own pace, technique is the most important part of this workout and always write down how many reps you did in each workout so you could track your own  progress. Once you finish with your stations and sets, always remember to do your full body stretching, never ever neglect flexibility workout in your routine. YUP! She is one of my role model now.. i need to get back in shape as how i was before&#8230; and looking at Jillian..make me feel motivated! Well, it&#8217;s not so big of a changes but just a little since Dan is able to follow through the workout pretty well now , the only thing he needs to work on more is on his shoulder and core area.. but other than that.. he takes it in a heart beat all the workout i gave him <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ( Yes,to all the fitness freak out there..the workout i gave him was simple but to a beginner it can be a killer) so to that.. IM PROUD OF MY HUSBAND!</p>
<p>Now before i go on with the workout routine for this week, here&#8217;s some tips that you might want to look into.. this is just the basic tips on training but it sure will help you with your workout. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>1- Keep your core tight.( midriff area)</p>
<p>You need to ensure that this happen all the time! It is very important for you to have a good support on your core area. This will help you prevent back injury, Imagine this, Someone pulled your head up, pull your shoulder blade to the back and tighten your jean belt&#8230;. that&#8217;s exactly what you need to do every time before you lift your weight. It will help to keep a good posture too if you have a bad posture ..:) If you still can imagine that..just imagine someone gonna punch your abs.. before the punch blow land to your abs.. im sure you would have tighten up your abs right? So yea, exactly that! <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2- Watch your speed/tempo.</p>
<p>Have you seen someone do their workout like they have been put under some  fast forward button spell? If you are one of them, slow down baby! You ain&#8217;t going anywhere with that type of tempo.. you will only invite and bring  injuries to your body.</p>
<p>Why dont you try this instead- whenever you do eccentric movement ( going down phase or when your muscle is lengthening) do it for 3 to 4 sec ( slow and controlled manner) and move 2-3 sec on the concentric movement ( going up or when your muscle is shortening). Trust me, this will make you work your muscle better <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  You will definitely feel the movements&#8230;</p>
<p>3- Don&#8217;t forget to BREATHE!!</p>
<p>Now i definitely don&#8217;t want you to turn purple!!! HELL NO! So Inhale and exhale guys whenever you do your workout&#8230;how?</p>
<p>Inhale whenever your muscle lengthen ( eccentric) and exhale whenever your muscle shortening ( concentric). Or when you lower your weight INHALE THROUGH YOUR NOSE and when you lift your weight EXHALE  THROUGH YOUR MOUTH. Simple, right <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>That&#8217;s it for the tips today, loads more to come after this..so stay tune. Meantime, this is our workout for this week.</p>

<p>Cardio session- 5 days a week for 30 min. ( not changing this just yet as our target is to lose weight)</p>
<p>Time duration: 45 sec per each station.</p>
<p>How many Sets- 2 sets</p>
<p>1- Side step Up</p>
<p>2- Push up T press up</p>
<p>3- High Knee</p>
<p>4- Good Morning</p>
<p>5- Tricep push up/ kickbacks</p>
<p>6- Sumo Jump Squat</p>
<p>7- Bicep Curl</p>
<p>8- Lunge Backward</p>
<p>9- crunch &#8211; 10 reps</p>
<p>10- Lower abs leg raise- 10 reps</p>
<p>11- side oblique crunch- 10 reps</p>
<p>12- plank  - 15 sec</p>
<p>Rest interval -2 min in between sets.</p>
<p>Work at your own pace, technique is the most important part of this workout and always write down how many reps you did in each workout so you could track your own  progress. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Once you finish with your stations and sets, always remember to do your full body stretching, never ever neglect flexibility workout in your routine.</p>

I was coughing so much that i totally lost my voice! I can&#8217;t talk much for 2 days! and because it was fruits and vege diet ( makanan sejuk semua) nah, batuk sia menjadi jadi sampai i burst a tiny blood vessel from my nose and throat (according to the doctor la)Yes, i was coughing out blood everytime i spit out the phlegm or whenever i blow it out from my nose! Sigh&#8230; Im now ok d But, i totally have forgotten what i had last week thursday..sorry peeps. I am thinking to go back to the diet again, so once im there i will info info again ok? Today was my first day back in gym after 1 half month of holidaying.. heheh. I had good fun and enjoyed my own program.. 30 min running on treadmill and start on a very very basic circuit program for Dan and i&#8230; although it was only 30 sec per workout, it really worked both of us out! Now, im aching all over but i&#8217;m loving it! We both have set a goal on how much weight we wanna lose before Christmas. I need to go back to 52kg and he needs to be at 72kg. So that&#8217;s mean i need to lose 5kg and he needs to lose 4kg. Can we do it? I guess we will have to see by month of Dec. But what ever it is.. i am already planning his and mine program to work with now So wish us luck peeps! Yeay! At least we are not on something called acne remedies kan? hehehhe]]></description>

I was disappointed with the whole training session today, specially the morning session.   The more i get to know the team here.. the more worried i am. sigh.. i really feel like im in the Grid iron movie. The team lack of team spirit, respect and demotivated. Not to mention attitude issue.. sigh.  Everyone came to training with their own issue&#8230; Although deep down in me, i am telling myself to hang on, be patience but other part of me.. irritated, getting emo and at the same time..feel sad to these trainers. I wish i was given more time to get to know them better, at least training wont be so tough ( that&#8217;s how i think la) Breaking the ice with these trainer is so hard..specially when EGO is involved. They think that they are superb and don&#8217;t need anymore follow up training..sigh. Oh well, i pray that i will be strong and lots of patience. I wonder what else can i do to motivate these people, change their attitude and start respecting themselves? I see they have sooo much potential in them but the attitude covers all their good qualities. I wish they can see that in themselves.]]></description>

Day 1, i manage to keep everyone interested, i see smiley faces.. that&#8217;s a good sign for me  Thursday will be the second day of training.. this session will be more &#8220;interesting&#8221; as it goes deeper into personal training programs.I said interesting because&#8230;Hah, i have stopped giving PT session for more than 7 years now&#8230;i seriously do need to go back to basic again. ..Jeng Jeng Jeng.. i am nervous but i don&#8217;t mind the challenge. It will only help me grow, i believe. But the only thing im worried about is .. building the confident and trust with the trainers.. I can&#8217;t be looking lost and unsure all the time righht with the presentation?  Oh well, i just hope i can stuff every infomation needed into my brain before thursday. Ah.. will see how it goes. 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] By the time you read this post i am already at airport on the way to Krabi for our 3 days 2 nights holiday ( if you are reading this tmrw morning, that is). I am excited yet at the same time worried. Excited cos it&#8217;s holiday means i dont have to work, worried because i have work bertimbun waiting for me here in Kl to settle I just hope i can enjoy this holiday. I have a loads to study before proceeding with the training that i am suppose to conduct for all the trainers here..pressure is on! Anyway, these past few days has been a crazy day for me. I really had a busy week that i could not really attend to my blog and update it as often as before.. i have lost so much of my assignment due to my work schedule. Sampai rumah saja terus sia malas sudah..all i wanna do is rest and relax. sayang oh all my assigments tu&#8230;tsk tsk tsk. Early morning on tuesday i had mild food poisoning..i think i have food poisoning. Early in the morning, i started vomitting but all that came out was yellow color fluid..and its so bitter! And then i start purging at around 9 am&#8230;sigh.. but i had to go to work.. because i have an important meeting to do.. i managed to hold everything back ( didn&#8217;t puke and purge) but towards the evening.. my head pula throbbing like hell! At one point, it was so painful that i really feel like puking again.. sigh..i have no idea why la. I think that was my migrain attacking. Wednesday took an mc..went to clinic..Doc said, my tummy is full of gas but i have no idea what&#8217;s with my head&#8230;because that morning my head still throbbing &#8230; hmmm.. is it because of my period? I always have this weird sicknesses whenever i have my monthly visit..kenapa tu ar? Do you ladies experience the same thing? <p>By the time you read this post i am already at airport on the way to Krabi for our 3 days 2 nights holiday <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  ( if you are reading this tmrw morning, that is). I am excited yet at the same time worried. Excited cos it&#8217;s holiday means i dont have to work, worried because i have work bertimbun waiting for me here in Kl to settle <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  I just hope i can enjoy this holiday. I have a loads to study before proceeding with the training that i am suppose to conduct for all the trainers here..pressure is on!</p>
<p>Anyway, these past few days has been a crazy day for me. I really had a busy week that i could not really attend to my blog and update it as often as before.. i have lost so much of my assignment due to my work schedule. Sampai rumah saja terus sia malas sudah..all i wanna do is rest and relax. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  sayang oh all my assigments tu&#8230;tsk tsk tsk.</p>
<p>Early morning on tuesday i had mild food poisoning..i think i have food poisoning. Early in the morning, i started vomitting but all that came out was yellow color fluid..and its so bitter! And then i start purging at around 9 am&#8230;sigh.. but i had to go to work.. because i have an important meeting to do.. i managed to hold everything back ( didn&#8217;t puke and purge) but towards the evening.. my head pula throbbing like hell! At one point, it was so painful that i really feel like puking again.. sigh..i have no idea why la. I think that was my migrain attacking.</p>
<p>Wednesday took an mc..went to clinic..Doc said, my tummy is full of gas <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  but i have no idea what&#8217;s with my head&#8230;because that morning my head still throbbing &#8230; hmmm.. is it because of my period? 		<description><![CDATA[I need weight loss pills, seriously..i have gained 2kg while i was in KK for my holiday! Isk..tension ni..seluar sia ketat sudah oh..eeeeeeee&#8230; benci sia. Lagi-lagi ni sia susah mau cari masa mau workout..lagi la sia susah hati. I need to lose 2 to 2.5kg to go back to my ideal weight before sia ni dianggap on the heavier side. I can&#8217;t afford to gain anymore weight.. kalau inda susah la sia mau kasih percaya orang yg sia ni rapid result training development coach for celebrity fitness and im gonna face the whole team tomorrow..adeh segan pula sia.. all my team semua fit fit ni..sia saja yg hmm lembik pressure betul.. Anyhow.. this is my second week working with celebrity fitness Malaysia.. so far so good.. i hope everything will go well.. i hope training will go smoothly and all trainers ok..i have not seen them in person yet  but i will tmrw. First step, is to get to know them, get some fedback before i proceed with the training&#8230; im still kinda lost with my new work, but im sure i will be ok once i get used to the system and all. The only thing that im still trying to get used to even after 8 years in this industry is ..WAKING UP early in the morning!!!! ARGGGGGGGGGGG!!! Im sooooooooo not a morning person&#8230; sigh. Every morning i could hear Dan&#8217;s cheerful voice greeting me.. and here i am greeting him back with my grumpy voice..i would lay in bed as long as i can before i drag my butt out to the shower room..kalau sia masih budak kecil lagi now..im sure i would have cried and throw pillows on the floor showing my tantrum in the morning&#8230;LOL! Yea, yea..i&#8217;m a spoil brat&#8230;. but hey.. i never actually had the luxury to sleep in till late in the morning ok since i was 7 years old&#8230; day in day out..5:30am sharp, i have to wake up and go for my swimming training sudah..only now after leaving Sabah and stay on my own..sia dapat that luxury..tapi tu pun bukan all the time. sob sob.. i cant lay in bed the whole day cos i have 1 big baby to jaga..and another one fury lil cute thing waiting for me t greet her in the morning. Hey..jadi perempuan ni susah juga kan?? Kenapa la lelaki inda bulih jadi pregnant ar?? kan baik kalau diorang boleh..mungkin they will be bit more sensitive kan?? wahahah ..totally out of topic ni ni hari.. 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] 1 weeks gone, 2 and half more to go before i can go home and hug Gummi. I miss her so much, that i don&#8217;t even wanna go and see pet section in the mall..takut sia nangis. sigh..i wish i have a 3G phone so i can call back home and get to see gummi from it&#8230;sighhhhhhh. My training was not as intense as i thought it would be maybe just  mentally challenging as i need to remember every single workout name in full! I&#8217;ve also learned few bahasa indonesia like Macet, Cepet, Jorok,kasus..LOL!!  But i still do not understand their food here..banyak bahasa yang sia inda faham and its kinda hard to order food because of that&#8230; as they do not know who to translate it to Bahasa Melayu. Tau la sia ni cerewet when it comes to food. The traffic here is horrendous tahap gila..i do not know how Jakartan&#8217;s can take it everyday driving in that condition. Motorcycle, bas, car everything is in same lane and worse..they love to honk at each other..whether they are asking you to make way for them, angry honk, impatience honk, whatever la&#8230;.. diorang mesti honk! Kalau honk sekali inda pa..ni balik balik&#8230;bikin panas! But its totally different when it comes to the people here&#8230;they are so warm, welcoming, friendly and nice. They are so curious about me..always asking questions, where im from, what am i doing here, what race am i&#8230;banyakla..and now i have added few more people in my facebook friend list..and all of them are the trainers here. When it comes to food, there is only 2 choices for you here. Either you spent your money on super expensive food (standardnya sama macam di ss2 wai sek kai..cuma kau dalam aircon area and mall) or you go to the most affordable food but its kinda hmmm..inda sedap. Ispent most of my money here buying food..i can&#8217;t get used to makanan diorang di sini specially in the kantin. Don&#8217;t ask me why they call it Canteen. Although some of it looks yummy tapi sia inda berani makan. In the food court,satu Char kuey tiaw equal to Rm8-9 per plate!  And kalau kau mau beli minuman kotak yang kecil where we normally get it in KL for Rm1..sini bulih sampai Rm3.50! That&#8217;s how mahal it is here bila you choose to makan in a good place. Sigh!! Gila i tell you..im sure i won&#8217;t need any diet pills that work if i hari hari macam ni..sure kurus dengan semula jadinya&#8230;LOL! Here&#8217;s some of the pic.. What do you expect when a girl leave the country for 3 weeks? To bring only 5kg worth of barang??! Uh Air asia is ridiculous la&#8230; In the airplane..i met loads of MONKEY GATAL BUNTUT! LOL!! Yea, that&#8217;s what i should call them&#8230; this monkey love to tukar tukar sit&#8230; and the next thing you know&#8230;they are not there sitting next to you no more.. but few second later..another person would do the same..sia heran oh!  Macam la tempat duduk sia tu &#8220;transit&#8221; area! The toilet cleanliness in the airplane was HORRIBLE! Ada lagi coklat terapung in the mangkuk tandas and the other &#8220;kamar&#8221; was splashed with the toilet blu all over!! I dont even dare to touch the toilet sit! URG! Sampai airport, me kena tahan&#8230;i didn&#8217;t know that i should tick the &#8220;on holiday/leisure&#8221; box instead of business&#8230; LOL!! Manala sia tau, i was just being honest.. LOL! Nasib sia inda kena buang balik pi KL! Can you imagine what will happen if that took place??ERK! Pengsan!  At first he doesnt wanna give in but i told him im here for only 3 weeks and showed him my return ticket and then told him im here for training..as soon as he heard TRAINING..dia marah sia pula..dia bilang kenapa you tak cakap you datang sini for training? Adeh..mana la sia tau pak &#8230;to me work means business la..be it training  or training sambil sambil ambil kesempatan melancong! LOL!!  At last si  Pak immagration tu cakap&#8230;next time you should TIPU sikit&#8230;tick box leisure kalau kau datang sini tanpa visa&#8230;im like waaaaaaaaaaaaa&#8230;.but at the same time grateful ni..LOL! Sampai saja sia di luar airport&#8230;the same heat and haze in KL greet me..i was hoping it to be less hazy but i guess hmmm i was wrong! My collegue here are super great..super friendly and helpful Im lucky to have them without them ,im sure i&#8217;ll be lost here..Jakarta is just tooooo crowded for me. Anyway, that&#8217;s my day one story..will update more soon. This is where i stay now&#8230;for 3 weeks. Peak Residence. And this will be my bedroom Not too bad eh?? 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] Yes, i just got back from the island today, loads of things has changed there since my last visit back in year 2003&#8230;i can&#8217;t remember most of the place now but i enjoyed the short trip. It was only a day trip this time around but im sure the next one will definitely be a longer trip. We arrived at the airport around 9am and my new colleague was kind enough to bring Jeff and me to makan place in the morning before heading to the gym. Gurney area didn&#8217;t change much..the stall that we used to go and makan was still there..the beach area was still the same except the mall apparently got a new extension to it. Back in FF years, whenever we go to Penang it only meant one thing&#8230;PIGGING OUT TIME! Yea, we were so crazy that we wallop anything and everything..that time i could afford to makan like that la..but now, heh..i have to control my food intake..yea la, i don&#8217; t workout as much as before anymore..metabolism pun kurang dy..susah juga kan kalau tiba tiba ada orang yg mau kena pakai AED to revive ourself back kan??LOL!! Palis-palis! Today also marked the last day im gonna be seeing this dude(Jeff)&#8230; and that&#8217;s mean when i&#8217;m back from Jakarta and my holiday&#8230;i will be on my own already, i am definitely nervous because one week of learning and trying to understand the culture of the clubs is not enough..but i hope with the training provided in Jakarta&#8230;im good to go. Hmm&#8230; nervous, nervous! But, whatever it is&#8230;life have to go on kan? And with that said, i thanked Jeff for everything..for teaching me and showing me around the club for the past one week. Hope to see you again! Im sure i will call you bila me balik from Jakarta..im sure i have forgetten where and what i need to do first thing in the morning when i arrive the club again in August! LOL! Other note&#8230; i&#8217;m leaving soon..sob sob..im worried definitely, i have never been outside of Malaysia for so long all by myself although im sure my colleagues in Jakarta a nice people  but i am worried about sleeping at new place all alone on the first day..tau la kan&#8230;strange place and all..i hope i can sleep..aiya. I hope teda la bunyi yang bukan bukan di tengah malam..kalau inda, siapa la sia akan call?? 		<description><![CDATA[Adui&#8230;i betul betul blank ni this week.. i have no idea what to blog about except about my new work but at  the same time i do not want to bore you guys about my job&#8230; hmmm apa yg sia mau bagi tau kamu ni hari ar?? Kohler faucets? Tapi takkan la sia mau cakap pasal paip kan?? hahaha..but i must say the kohler faucets design&#8217;s are unique ni&#8230;you go and see la..i like the bar faucets design the most, cantik! Hmmm, neway..i think i shouldn&#8217;t be blogging much today&#8230;sia sakit kepala ba ni&#8230;been having it since 5pm today..no idea why..maybe overdose of coffee intake ni&#8230;sigh.. and i have so much more things to do.. packing, need to visit si penukar wang,beli barang for the trip like panadol or minyak angin or what ever la&#8230;and then there&#8217;s gummi for me to  think of&#8230;mau kasih mandi la, need to buy her padding la, remind Daniel apa yg perlu dibuat for Gummi everyday la&#8230;adeh! Banyak pula sia kena buat ni..i just hope i have the time to do everything without forgetting anything behind.. I seriously hope i won&#8217;t overload leaving to Jakarta&#8230; i have to bring loads of clothes and shoe ni..kasut workout, high heels, slipper, workout baju, office attire, sleeping wear, casual wear&#8230;ai na..pengsan! Oh not to forget my lap top and buku&#8230;.I wonder apa maximum load for international flight, i know local destination is only 15kg max&#8230; hmmmm&#8230;anyone know?? I will be flying with Air Asia..although i was hoping it to be MAS&#8230;LOL! Oh well&#8230;. inda pa la.. Ba ok la&#8230; i better log out, sebelum my headache jadi migraine ni&#8230; take care peeps! Let&#8217;s see.. 1- My team mates mainly Men..only 20% women instructors 2- I am so petite standing next to them..so petite that i can&#8217;t help but felt intimidated by them..lol! ( for first time i felt like that in gym..LOL) To me &#8230;they are like HULK and im like a small lil girl&#8230; 3- I have so many things to learn, specially with muscles name and exercises name ( ok, i know the basic name of the  exercise but the specific saintific name&#8230;white flags for me) 4- My biggest upcoming challenge will be..to get bunch of people be interested in learning and passing their exams with flying colors! Kalau inda, year end..no bonus for me..sob sob sob! 5- I will be away starting this friday till mid next month and will be back to kl for one day just in time to change my baju&#8217;s and repack all my holiday baju&#8217;s back to KK for 2 weeks! This will be the longest time that i ever been far away (alone) from home, Gummi and Dan&#8230;sedih pula sia ni&#8230;astaga. Im sure i&#8217;m gonna miss all of them dearly! I hope i can do it&#8230;sob sob. &#8221; i can hear Daniel giggling at the back quietly for his 1 month freedom&#8221; 6-And tomorrow will be a gruelling day for me..visiting 2 clubs,learn more about muscles,exercises, more info about teh trainers needs and then gonna have to work my ass out with the current development coach. I hope i can walk after the workout session without the need of holding any of the plasma stand in the gym! Memalukan saja kalau sia start crawling ni&#8230;ROFL!! 		<description><![CDATA[[ad] I still can&#8217;t believe that i got the job, hehehe..it felt so unreal ni&#8230;that i am going back to the fitness industry. I may not be in my department anymore ( Group Exercise) but this is how my life and journey in fitness industry started..i was working as personal trainer in clark hatch malaysia. ahhhh&#8230;the feeling of being happy, excited and soooo grateful that i was hired ni&#8230; unbelievable ..im so satisfied ni..that&#8217;s how i feel.. puas hati sangat sangat. I do not have to wake up in the morning and think..Yea, i got a job but i dont like the job but i have to do it because i need the money&#8230;it&#8217;s so demotivating you know&#8230; but now, i dont feel like that anymore&#8230;YEA! Before this job&#8230;i was actually offered 2 jobs..one as an account manager and another one was event and promo exec, both jobs require me to do sales&#8230;there&#8217; s pros and cons to both jobs. Account manager, its a distance from home and basic was really really low..but commission offered apparently was great ( they do not want to tell me how much was the commission, cos they say it vary from one product to another) and then its an established company and i am bound with them for 1 year to which if i perform well they will hired me as full time stuff. The event and promo exec was not too far away from the account manager job office,its like neighbouring town only, The basic salary  was ok but commision was not mentioned at all although the manager did say if i manage to bring result in 3 months as agreed, he will reward me with bonus but  if i failed ,he will sacked me immediately on the third month! &#8220;gasp&#8221; The pressure was high ( for me la).. you see i do not have any background on promo or event..my only experience handling sales and event was in Interexpo but that comes with guidance..but apparently this company do not want to spend so much time on teaching and guiding you but want you to bring result straight away..hence i was given a target to reach rm10k in 3 months time&#8230;for a roller bladding sport arena&#8230;in an ulu place&#8230;.&#8221;gasp again&#8221; when he offered me the job..i was not confident at all about the Rm10k in 3 months time..i need to learn, study and understand the market..macam mana mau deliver 10k in 3 months time?? Specially for a person like me who do not know nothing about roller bladding..and my given period was only 3 months??  and if not..IM OUT! And the thought of  losing my job in 3 months times &#8230;stressed me out  and made me worried sick But the magic call came in on wednesday afternoon, asking me to come in for an interview and without thinking much i said yes to it and on the same day i was called back again for second interview on monday&#8230;and now..here i am going on a new journey, new place, new challenges with the new company&#8230;]]></description>

<p>I still can&#8217;t believe that i got the job, hehehe..it felt so unreal ni&#8230;that i am going back to the fitness industry. I may not be in my department anymore ( Group Exercise) but this is how my life and journey in fitness industry started..i was working as personal trainer in clark hatch malaysia. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  ahhhh&#8230;the feeling of being happy, excited and soooo grateful that i was hired ni&#8230; unbelievable ..im so satisfied ni..that&#8217;s how i feel.. puas hati sangat sangat.</p>
<p>I do not have to wake up in the morning and think..Yea, i got a job but i dont like the job but i have to do it because i need the money&#8230;it&#8217;s so demotivating you know&#8230; but now, i dont feel like that anymore&#8230;YEA!</p>
<p>Before this job&#8230;i was actually offered 2 jobs..one as an account manager and another one was event and promo exec, both jobs require me to do sales&#8230;there&#8217; s pros and cons to both jobs.</p>
<p>Account manager, its a distance from home and basic was really really low..but commission offered apparently was great ( they do not want to tell me how much was the commission, cos they say it vary from one product to another) and then its an established company and i am bound with them for 1 year to which if i perform well they will hired me as full time stuff.</p>

In this company, im no longer need to find clients to do sales, to organize event, meeting horny cheeky salesman or even the need to remember group exercise new choreography, what i need to do is learn about bones, muscle, diets and a bit of psychology ( Human behavior) in order for me to understand who am i dealing with in the work place and coach bunch of staff to improved the department services and knowledge. The job requires me to travel..mostly around Peninsular Malaysia and maybe a lil bit to Jakarta ( regional manager based there). I was already informed that i will be in Jakarta for bit to do my training..for how long? Im not sure&#8230;maybe weeks maybe a month..as i need to do crash course on all those things that i&#8217;ve just mentioned ( bones, muscle,diets) and i need to learn and pick it up FAST! As i only have 1 half months  before i took over 100% from the person who is leaving the position. Of cos, im nervous, worried and excited at the same time, this is something im familiar with but at the same time totally new with it too! I hope to learn and gain more experience with this company and i do foresee that i can gain a lot from here and this will do me good personally and professionally. So, im finally heading back &#8220;home&#8221; to where i belong..i once said that i do not want to come back to this industry but i realize that  was because i was &#8220;burned&#8221; by Yfitness. i kinda lost my track, my motivation and my passion for the industry that all i could think of was getting out of it but while i was out there doing something else&#8230; i realized i miss those crazy days of mine in the gym..the adrenalin and the energy of the club..that&#8217;s when i know..i need to get back to my world&#8230;the gym. And now, im back . Im not sure what kind of challenges will i face while im on the job but i do know one thing for sure..handling instructors is never easy..specially when your team mates are mostly the opposite gender and being a woman as a leader to these pack&#8230;i know it&#8217;s gonna be tough.
