A Gf of mine forwarded this to me yesterday.i thought it would be the normal crazy funky hair color that you would normally see on Japanese youngster now-a-days…how wrong was i. When i opened the folder i got the shock of my life as i really thought it was a real thing!

Hmm if you ask me how will i react when i see this hairstyle “moving” around in Kl ..i think i’ll freak out (at first) and then LAUGH OUT LOUD! Hahaha… what will your reaction be? Tell me..:D

The last picture is the best… i think i will be lost if she is ahead of me..can’t see the jalan…rambut dia terlalu “BESAR” and berserabut! Hahahahah..

But Kudos to this hair artist…memang creative gila..and the end result betul betul macam the binatang kan? Siap ada mata lagi tu…isk isk isk. :D

I was out and about yesterday to do some window and groceries shopping at The Curve. I miss Curve soooo much. :D I don’t know why but i always love to come and shop here…maybe it’s the environment and the concept of the place. It’s just so nice ..

Anyway, I saw Speedy video shop and decided to hop in and check out some of the workout video.(I can so see you guys go “Why do i need that kind of video”? Hehehe..mau compare notes ba.. mana la tau kan next time i want to do full time instructing again, ada juga new move for me..hahahaha… Although i do not wish to go back to that industry for now la)..So while i was browsing through some of the video,one particular video caught my attention “BELLY DANCING FOR BEGINNER” I always wanted to see and experience the whole belly dance routine so i thought to myself..why not try it since i have so much of free times now anyway.

Today,i gave it a try. And what have i learned you ask? Laughing!! Yes, that’s what i learn..i learn to laugh…i laugh so hard till i felt so silly..i laugh because there was this weird routine in it..i don’t know what they call it but it’s just so funny to me la. You try and do it if you can.. Bend your knee, rest your elbow on your knee and squeeze your butt cheek one and a time, start with a slow tempo and move it faster after few set. Can you do that without moving any other part of your body or legs at all but just the butt cheek? I tried..man i felt sooo cacat ok…hahahah none of my butt cheek moved hahahaha as hard/much as hers…hahahahah..dia punya buntut can do milk shake man…that’s how hard and fast she can move her bum bum without moving any part of her legs or body ok… waaaaa…lepas nampak tu semua..sia ketawa berabis.. sudahlah i have to bertonggeng and now i have to move my butt…hahahaha..wa..i cant la.hahhahahaha( aduh sakit perut sia ketawa ingat the move balik)

I really wonder how can she do that? Maybe it’s easier for her as she have the body of belly dancer..not me. I’m wayyy to small for that movement..and everything seems to jiggle really easily without much effort when she’s doing the whole routine…but for me ,everything is weird.

But i must say( although i laughed my head out most of the time)… all the routine i tried just now..it does work you know..jangan main main…now my buntut pun sakit! HAHHAHHAHA…I don’t even know if i did it right or wrong but i do feel the ache now… hahahahah.

Daniel’s saying and thought about this after i told him about my experiment today:

Dan: Belly Dancing? Ai yo, rugi saja, how much la ?

ME: Rm20

Dan:Ask me next time, i got the belly, i can teach you….

ME: Speecheless…

Do you love yogurt? I do! I use to hate it so much last time..i don’t know why. But lately,im loving it! LOL!!!

I love Dutch Lady yogurt..specially the mango,strawberry and mixed berries flavor, Yum Yum. Daniel has been lecturing me about not taking yogurt. He said i don’t drink milk at least take more yogurt, kalau tua sudah nanti banyak sakit, kau juga susah. Yup, since then i have been gulping yogurt like drinking water( yes, i don’t bother to use the spoon that they gave for free… main tuntum saja kalau sia). Although i don’t really buy it often..but i do remind myself at least buy few in a month.( 8 packet minimum).

Anyway, do you know what is the benefit of taking yogurt daily? Here is some..i just found out about it too today! Interesting. :D Maybe after this i should and really should take one yogurt a day kan?

1.Yoghurt has nutritional benefits beyond those of milk: people who are moderately lactose-intolerant can enjoy yoghurt without ill effects, because the lactose in the milk precursor is converted to lactic acid by the bacterial culture. :D that is why i can take yogurt…wahahaha.. yea, me lactose-intolerant woman.But very mild punya la.

Na..kau inda mau makan lagi yoghurt? Nanti garu garu sana macam..bida oh!

More reason why i should take yoghurt daily! Yes, i was diagnosed with high LDL back in year 2005! Shocking?? Indeed. An active person like me to be diagnosed with HIGH CHOLESTEROL! It’s in my gene..sigh.

In just 3 months, 16 obese men and women on a reduced calorie diet that included three daily portions of yogurt lost 61% more fat and 81% more abdominal fat than 18 obese subjects assigned to a diet with the same number of calories but little or no dairy products and low amounts of calcium. Not only did those in the yogurt group lose more fat, especially around their waistlines, but they also retained more lean, muscle tissue than subjects on the yoghurt-free diet.

Na, inda payah lagi pi search online for list of best diet pills…yoghurt pun cukup sudah. Not only it save your money, but there is no side effect too kalau makan banyak yoghurt:D

6.Reduce Your Risk of Colorectal Cancer.

Uh, one penyakit that im really worried about..CANCER! Family( Dad side), 3 has pass away cos of cancer d.

Hmm after reading all these benefits..i really think i should take more yoghurt daily kan?
