Today’s post not gonna talk much about workout but it will be about my dog Gummi.

As you all already know, she has been diagnosed with chronic kidney problem recently and it was a heart breaking news for us but we are trying to cope with it the best way we can.

No one can tell how long will she still be with us but both of us hoping it will be few more years, i’m not ready to let her go…honestly.

It has been 2 days now since she’s on her dialysis pill… she seems to be coping well with it..she got her appetite back but she seems to be drinking less water..another headache and scary thing to see… if she get’s too dehydrated..we will have to admit her and get her on drip. SIGH…

Dan checked online and did some research on this kidney problem..apparently it’s a common thing for dog over the age of 4.. so to those of you out there who have a pet dog who aged more than 4 years old, i suggest do go and have their blood test done at least once every year if not 6 months once… that’s how i found out about gummi’s problem anyway.

Blood test won’t cost you much , i believe it ranges from rm50 – rm100 depending on the place and clinic that you go to. Gummi’s blood test cost me Rm80. What cost us the most is actually her can food formulated specially for kidney patience..which is at Rm8.20 a day and her dialysis pill that she needs to take daily which is at rm2.75 each pill.

She will be going back to the clinic again next month and get her blood test done.. hopefully some improvement on her blood reading… Im really hoping it will improve and not go spiraling down the drain although i know kidney once rosak..no turning back sudah….but still i am hoping for some miracles…

I will update this blog on Gummi’s progression every now and then..

Anyhow, here is my workout for this week…550 reps workout.. actually i tried doing this last week but i could not finish the whole routine sebab ada saja yang mengacau time time sia workout ..got fed up with it, i left the workout just like that.. but im gonna finish it this week and hoping that no trainers give me a heart attack or headache while i try to chill and relax and get my workout done! If not im gonna ask them to buy me a corsets next time around cos they’re hindering me from getting my six pack done! DANG IT!

My routine:

for warm up i did 20min  cardio  at 15% gradient , speed at 5.5 max.

My strength training:

1- Full squat with 10kg barbell.- 50 reps

2-Curtsy lunges leg lift with kettlebell 15 ponds- 50 reps

3-Pike Jump- 50reps

4-Butt raise – 50 reps

5- deadlift with 10kg- 50reps

6- Leg elevated dog pee workout- 50 reps

7- half burpee and push up- 50 reps

8- step up chair with hamstring stretch- 50 reps

9- over the chair kick- 50reps

10-side plank- 50 reps

11- small abs crunches- 50 reps.

so yup guys, that’s my workout for this week… of cos it wont be all the way 550 reps workout ..i will mix it with time challenge again.. but have not decided on what it is just yet. Once done, i will info info sini…

Oh i forgot, aside from her dialysis pills and diet, she is also required to take vit b and c to help her immune system.. half a pill a day and yes..it’s human vitamin b and c that she’s taking…Doc advice.

And her dialysis pill have to be chilled below 4 degree Celsius

This video definitely freak me out…last nite i couldn’t sleep well because of  this clip. It keeps playing in my head, shouldn ‘t have watched it in first place..dang it! Now i can’t stop but think my face is full of it..eeeeeeeee disgusting!

I wonder if this is real?? Or was it just some high tech stuff thingy?? How did that thing goes into the face ar?? And what is that thing they use to “scare” that thing out of his face??

Last weekend we spent our time together in KL and thought we should give this fish spa a try. This was my first fish spa, i never experience anything like this, so me being the naive one said..ala ikan saja ba tu..apa juga.

LOL! How wrong was i…i could not do it..seriously i can’t. I was so confident at first but as soon as i walked down the deck… my confident went kapoof into thin air…I never seen so many fish, small fishes,big fishes looking so hungry (almost like piranhas hungry) following and waiting for you to dip your feet in and as soon as you do so…. they’ll swarm at you

Yup, just like the picture above.. but here i think i’ve successfully confused the fishes..they just cant decide which kaki to go to, LOL!

Most of the time this is how deep i’ll go..i cant take it..it was soooooo ticklish! At time,when the bigger fish comes and nibble at your kaki…it can be bit uncomfy.

p/s: The pink color fish is the small fishes, the big ones..can’t be seen here..their body color is greyish in color almost transparent looking.

And that’s how my body react whenever i try to dip the whole kaki in…bida oh!

Here im laughing like mad woman..thank goodness im not the only one who react to the fish like this, phew!

And here, im trying to be brave…but i guess i failed…LOL!! Just look at my body language, feet and hand placement…ahahahahha…stiff like kayu! The ikan is soooooo ticklish la..

If you ask me does my feet feel any different after the therapy…hahahaha i dont know..i didnt feel much difference.. i didn’t dip my feet long enough and deep enough like Dan did anyway..so no comments. The best person to ask that is Dan actually. He was the one dipping his legs all the way that nite..thank goodness no ikan mati, LOL!

But you know what?? This won’t be my first and last fish spa..i will definitely visit the fishes again.. and i recommend you to give it a try too

19th July 2008 is her anniversary. If she was still alive today, she will be 6 years old now. Brianna was her name.

She was only 6 months old, but she was abused constantly since the day she was born. She was bitten,her fingers and toes were lacerated,she suffered brain hemorrhage,massive bruises and was raped.

On the last day of her life, her parents Stephanie Lopez and Steven Lopez and Uncle Andy Walter tortured her to death. Steven and Andy decided to threw her up to the ceiling and let her slam on the floor and then took turn to to rape her over and over again. While mom Stephanie Lopez decided to bite her from head to toe.

What make thing even more crazier to me was her grandma and uncle who knew all along about this abusive treatment but didnt even moved an inch to help her.

Her parents was only sentence to 18 years jail and the grandma and uncle only get 30 days in jail. Although New Mexico did change the rules after this tragic case took place.

The family didn’t want to claim baby Brianna’s body, instead this was all done by the community, who paid for her casket and burial services. Later baby Brianna family caged her burial ground to prevent the community visiting her grave.

The video hurt me so much that i decided to write this down in my blog. I can’t imagine what baby Brianna went through when she was alive. She  was only a baby, a helpless baby who can only cry but could not defended herself from the Satan parents.

I hope the parents and uncle will rot in jail. No child deserved to be treated like this no matter how stressful it can be.

Stop child abuse.. and if you are not ready to be a parents, you can always opt to let your child be adopted. It’s cruel to say like that..but i rather say it, then letting the child be abused, raped and killed at the end of the day.
