As soon as i got back from KK trip i was once again attacked by sore throat,flu and cough bug :(  so menyedihkan la. I hope i will get better by  tomorrow as it will be my first day working with the new company. Imagine kalau i need to get MC on day 1 itself,don’t think that will be good ain’t it? I’m still having the KK trip effect on me ( which happen everytime i go back home). I miss home badly (guess that is the reason why me sakit,missing hometown) sigh. If only i could stay longer in KK,that would be awesome.

Anyway, as soon as i got home from kk i got a  text message from NIKE asking me to drop by to the office collect my product. I didn’t expect much as i did received few product before i left for KK but to my surprise…. it was whole loads of stuff! Wohooo!!!( actually i forgot that my NIKE Manager did say that my other product is on the way). I’m so happy with the new products because they have few things that made me go…woweeeeeee!!!

Monday 4:30pm we left kk for Ranau after what seems like 5 hours trip ( sakit ba my buntut sitting down in the car.. jalan pun teruk kalau kereta besar maybe inda terasa sangat kan?) although its only 2.5 hours trip actually.

Once we reached Nabalu park we made a pit stop just to snap few sunset pictures of  Mount KK and another smaller version of mount kk( brother told me the name of this gunung but hmm inda ingat sudah, kalau inda silap he did say it’s the 2nd highest mountain in Malaysia or maybe even Asia??)

While we were busy taking pictures, me and my mom was the model suddenly ada bau busuk laaaaaa..guess what someone FARTED!!! LOL!!! Bida eh..im not sure who farted but it did made us run and laugh out loud like monkeys at Nabalu park. We guess its the group who was just few meters away from us.

Reach at Pine resort around 7 plus,checked in to the room,unpacked our stuff and headed straight to the restaurant just right across our cabin.We had steamboat for dinner thinking that it will be the best way to fill our tummy in a cool weather but we were all wrong! The price per head that they charge for the steamboat VS the portion that they serve us..man…it’s like langit and bumi!!!

Yes, that the portion for RM28 per head!! They give u 4 pathethic looking prawns and few bits and pieces of tepung sotong,ketam,fish ball,3 pieces of dim sum,2 tomatoes,chicken fillet and fish fillet,telur and mee and meehoon. The rest is actually rumput for us to makan! Yes, its actually all rumput @ vege and all this is for 4 darn hungry humans!!! We were complaining to the waitress about the portion but we were ignored. They just gave us their sweetest smile… Oh well, at least now we know ..that’s what we told ourself that night.

Next day we woke up early just to catch the best view of Mount Kk and guess who is the first person to actually get up and asked everyone to get ready?? None other than Daniel,bersemangat i tell you…LOL! While he was rushing to the shower room, i busied myself with our camera taking pictures of mount kk. I must say,it was a spectacular view to see in the morning…heaven! Fresh air and all my oh my… loved it!

Amazing isn’t it?

Ahh,i wish im still back home in kk,where there is still loads of greeneries to enjoy, less pollution, the heavenly kampung food(nantung,pinasakan,bambangan,tuhau to name a few) and yes the cheap ass fresh seafood! Oh,greatness!!

Anyway, we left the Pine resort shortly after that and before we checked out we took few more pictures together with the Mount KK as the background.

13 crazy people gathered together at Cempaka Square, singing our lungs out as early as 9:30pm. Started with only 4 comrades,slowly the not so quiet room turned into one noisy,crazy room. It was filled with laughter,camera flash flashing everywhere at every few seconds ( terasa macam ada paparazzi pula) with some models kecundang modelling here and there.LOL!

I really had fun that night. Everyone was singing together( macam choir pula) and some dancing every now and then,betul betul macam we all know each other for ages sudah..padahal we only knew each other ( some) like 4 days earlier at SBG event. All the malu malu kucing or what ever you call it …semua hilang!

The fun night ended at 1:30am and Papaj decided to bring me and Dan to Foh Sang for some late night prawn mee.( the prawn mee was darn yummy man) and on the way..we saw an accident, i hope who ever that drove that car still survive, it was really really a bad accident and it happen right next to my high school compound!

SBG event was a SUCCESS!! I would like to say CONGRATULATION and WELL DONE to the KK team Jacq,Julian, Dino, Fara,Wei Chuen and Papaj for making it a big success, without you guys the event won’t be rocking!

I had a great time at the event,getting to know new people,making new friends and of cos seeing the familiar faces once again :D.

I was really happy to get to meet Chegu Carol in person at last,although we didn’t get to spent so much time together but i really enjoyed chatting and taking pictures with you. Next time, kita pi karaoke pula kio chegu carol?

I was browsing through some old pictures yesterday, thinking that i could dig out my UGLY photos of me with my SUPER SHORT HAIR but nope i can’t find it anymore.(My pc somehow knows which picture to keep and delete. :(  )That time my hair was really really short and spiky…i remember i told the hair dresser to cut and leave only 2 inch length hair.That was the time when i was still active instructing and how i look doesn’t really bother me now i don’t think i would do that again..but again..maybe i would….me, Emelda will be walking and parading that hair style again…hahahaha. I wonder will i raise an eyebrow again this time and let people wonder am i a lesbian? LOL!! Yes, when i had my short hair..people thought i was a lesbo..i don’t blame them..i was super lean and tonned that time..with short hair and my tomboyish action.. who could blame them for thinking im a lesbo kan?

However i stumble over few pictures that brought loads of good memory back to me…it made me smile and brought me back to year 2007 and would love to share this with you

Hahahhaha…Do you guys still remember the jokes we had while on the way back from the karaoke session peeps? Hahahhahahaah…man,i still cracked up everytime i remember that night!

I “cooked” my foot! Yes, this happen while i was helping my mom cooking in the kitchen, the whole kuali with minyak panas tertumpah right to my kaki…sakit dia, i can’t describe!! I was limping for few days..but that still didn’t stop me from following Daniel and the geng to go party around KK town LOL!!. But Mommy did a great job with the ubat kampung. She poured minyak gamat and sugar on my kaki and i can tell you..i did not get any blister or pus coming from my kaki..it heals nicely. But time time minyak gamat and the sugar doing its wonder on me..my GOODNESS sakit dia…argggg!!!!

I have so many things to share with you peeps, but at the moment time has his own way of sneaking out from my side la…im always on the run trying to do something lately. Sighhhh..

Anyway, sorry that i have not been updating my blog and blog hopped lately.( Jangan Marah ok, nanti cepat tua..bertambah wrinkles di muka ) But i promise i will do so once i can and know how to manage the time that i have with all this events and things happening lately. No, i have not found a new job yet but been busy with my swimming lesson, answering calls for Daniel’s step dad’s work, attending birthday celebration one after another( i just attended another yesterday and next week another one..whoa gila eh) dealing with my previous company issues, Applying jobs, sending out resume as much as i can and RCIA class. Yes yesterday was my first class, the ceramah was bit toooooo draggy for me..but i believe everything will be fine..1 downs 52 more weeks to go.. Pengsan!

My dog has been attacked by KUTU’S!! Argggg!! Hating it! Nasib la ada SPOT ON medication oil that help me to kill the whole kutu problem. I have no idea mana she got infested by all this kutu’s but i believe it was from the pet shop that i sent her to last week at kota kemuning! Isk, geram sia! She was with me for 2 years and never have this issue..poor gummy she has been scratching like crazy and i really don’t like the smell that is coming out from her body at the moment… do you know that whenever your dog kena infested by Kutu’s they will produce this weird smelling body odour? I don’t know why..but i don’t like the smell la..isk! Time for me to send her to pet shop for full grooming again This time it will be at the trusted place… Taman Megah pet shop. I trust them when it comes to gummy hair trimming

Met up with my best friend last Friday who have totally forgotten to wish me Happy Birthday until i told him so…how jahat is that? Tsk tsk tsk…at the end i made him take me out for dinner at TGIF (my choice) until i saw the sign BUBBAGUMP…im like..aiya we should have gone there instead of here…cis! Oh well..next time..im pretty sure he will forget about my birthday again next year..hahahah! “I hope his not reading this”

We arrived at Poppy Garden at 9:30pm. The place was still empty but we could not get any table for 20 over people for the night,crap!Apparently everything was booked! Can you believe that???? That place was super duper huge and everything was fully booked?! Unbelievable!

In the end they let us have the whole bar counter all to ourselves and its not too bad i must say..we get to order drinks pretty easily and fast! 1 hour later we moved to the table right in front of us. Yea, the table was empty and i could not be bothered to wait till 12:30am to get the table…so much of “tables are all fully booked miss” Cis!! Bs betul!

The real stuff started only at around 11:30pm.Drinks were coming in like crazy by this hour. I had hmmm..let me see if i can remember clearly..2 glass of plain water,2 Baileys,1 white russian, i tequila shot and the killer for the night 2 flamming lamborghini! And yes, true to it’s name FLAMING LAMBORGHINI, this drink knock the shit out of you before you even know it! Yes i must admit i was drunk that night, i didn’t pass out like silly woman but i pass out with grace and dignity..buwahahahahahahahahah..you see, no one knew i was drunk(even i actually)till the time i sat in Daniel’s car! LOL!!! I walked,talked,danced like i was not drunk and still managed to go to mamak after that! But my whole world start spinning as soon as Daniel start driving!! The “lucky” person who get to witness me vomiting and blessing the highway was OLIEEE and Dan hahahhaha…

It was my fault i must say, i didn’t had any solid food prior to the function,the only meal i had for the whole day was Mcdonald burger and before that my tummy was also not feeling well..been going in out of the loo few times. But i was lucky as this is not as bad as my 24th birthday party! My instructors were really crazy! They gave me 4 shots of no idea what drinks was that(blue in color with Tabasco sauce in it),tonnes of vodka and the last drink that knocked me out was Vodka cranberries mixed with whiskey! After that, i could not even get out of my bed till the next day 6pm! I had the worse hang over in my entire life that time,everything was spinning and turning for me. Hehe..i guess everyone will go through that at least once in their lifetime.

All and all, i had great time that night. Im so happy and glad that i get to meet up with friends whom some i have not seen for the last 10 years! Thank you again to all who turned up that night and those who did not manage to come at the very last minute, we will meet up next time!

And to all my friend who have promised to bawa me for lunch and dinner(because you could not turned up to my birthday party)..i’m still waiting

And to Daniel’s Family, thank you for the lovely dinner and birthday cake. Yes peeps, Daniel mom’s bake a cake specially for me..heheheh chocolate cake..sedap!!

That is for my sunday school which will start next week onwards. 2 bottles of Perfume( my fav,C.D ) and a piggy bank that will make oink oink sound whenever you put in coins to it! Cuteness!

So yup peeps, that was my birthday week. celebrated my birthday 3 times this year..:D Coolness and more to come!!

I had a blast last weekend on my birthday bash! Thank you to everyone who turned up that night. Biar pun ada yang datang sekejap saja but i really appreciate it :D.

Ok peeps, when the clock strike 12am later today.. im officially older by 1 year!! That’s mean im 27 and i have 3 more years to go before i reach the angka 30!!! Wohooooooooooooo!! Mau jadi tua sudah si Mel…hahahah.

Anyway, i know i said i would want to do BBQ thingy at my place..but unfortunately i could not get the BBQ Pit so instead of having BBQ..im going to party like a rock star and hoping that im not gonna get pissed drunk on that night!

Hah, after the long day at the zoo..the very next day we decided to stuffed ourself with seafood fiesta..Ok not really a seafood fiesta but we had seafood for our dinner..consider seafood fiesta juga ba tu kan? (Kecil kecil punya seafood fiesta):P

Telok Gong was the venue. This is my second time here..the first visit was ages ago with my GF and her Hubby. It has been weeks since i’ve been pestering Daniel to bring me to Fatty crab. He said he will bring me to Telok Gong instead, I was kinda skeptical about this place at first..ya la inda tau macam mana the food kan? And my first visit experience was long gone down the drain d…manala sia ingat lagi…

Turn out, i like this place.:D The deco,service and set up was superb. Food was ok for me, serving portion is just nice and and the price is affordable.But Daniel said…the food quality has gone down as compared to last time and i have to agree with him, we tasted better kam Hiong Crab else where..:(

Talking about crab. This is Daniel favorite food. Back in KK, he cracked one of his teeth because of ketam…hahaha..gila ba dia ni..na..last-last terpaksa we all jumpa dentist. Hmm..talking about gigi again..anyone know mana chepest place to get braces done here in KL? How much is it anyway to get one done? Rm1000 plus?? Or more?? I’m thinking to put braces on ba this..gigi inda cantik. Sigh.. How i wish i have Medicare supplement plan because not only they offer life insurance but also dental insurance,now isn’t that interesting!? (Ada ka insurance gigi sini Malaysia..sia ni kebaruan sikit with this matter..LOL!)

Anyway back to Telok gong…we ordered kailan vege, Salted vege soup( all for meself alone hahahah)steam prawn( this is not the one that we wanted but malas want to change we telan saja la, we just wanted the steam, plain steam without eggs on it punya ) and the kam hiong crab and the total damage cost only Rm82 ringgit. Happy happy Joy joy for both of us…heeheh.

So if you want to go Telok Gong..give this place a try. Coconut flower i think the name of the restaurant. They are famous for their toddy drinks there..:P that night,almost every table ordered this drink. I wonder how does it taste like… yup Sabahan people..i have never tried toddy before…Bikin malu kan? HAHHAHAHAH.
