I may not say i love you everyday but i hope you know deep inside me.. you are my one and only and that i love you deeply. I hope my home cooked meal is tasty enough to fill your tummy and gain some Kilo and still forgive me for giving the extra weight&#8230; I hope you won&#8217;t give up on your workout so i can &#8220;torture&#8221; you and i&#8217;m sure you know it&#8217;s all wives ultimate dream to make the hubby work harder in the gym.. specially if she is the one that coaches them I hope that one day when we become a parents .. and be the best we can&#8230;. You going to do this workout for 2 rounds&#8230; 45 sec work ( Advance level) 15 sec rest or  30 sec work ( beginner or intermediate level) 30 sec rest . 1- Squat push press with Dumbbell or barbell. 2- Mountain Climber on Floor or on BOSU BALL 3- Hamstring Curl on Bosu/ Ballast ball 4- Roll up + Jump Up 5-  1 push up + Triple knee Tuck 6- Crab Touches 7- REnegade Row 8- 5 criss cross small jump touching  floor +1 jump up + 1 push up and burpees. 9- Single leg squat ( R) 10- Single leg squat( L) Try it .. this will challenge your whole body but more on your lower and core area&#8230; Oh i  just got my healthcare carts back.. everything was ok, thank GOD! I just need to get my A and B hep jab soon&#8230; That is all that is missing in me&#8230; phew! 		<description><![CDATA[It has been a month now since gummy left us.. i still can&#8217;t believe she has pass but i know she is in better place now. It took me this long to actually tell this on my blog.. it has been hard for me.. i have her for almost 7 years and losing her in a blink of an eye was really hard. I know the day will come where i have to let her go.. but no one can ever prepare themselves for it no matter how much time you prepare and  tell yourself to be ready&#8230;. 11th Feb 2012 ( Saturday) was the day that i decided to let her go.. (yes, we have to make that dreadful decision to put her to sleep) The journey to the  clinic was the worse part for me. The guilt that i have in me&#8230; the sadness&#8230; the fear&#8230; the anxiety&#8230; the emotion&#8230; urg! I don&#8217;t like that feeling&#8230;if i could, i wanted my hub to send her to clinic alone.. i could not take the idea that i&#8217;m sending her to clinic to end her life.. but i don&#8217;t want to make her feel that i left her all alone at the time that she needed me the most and leave my hub feeling the guilt all on his own too.. so i brave my self up and go with hub at the end&#8230; My hub was being really brave about it. He was more stable compare to me  although i know he too feeling sad and knows well that that will be the last day we will be with her.. ( he has been trying to calm me down  telling &#8220;Be positive, we might still be able to help her gets better) As soon as i reach the clinic.. i could not help myself .. i started crying.. at that point of time.. i don&#8217;t even care who was there&#8230; i just let my guard down and  cry. Doc came and see us, examine gummy and told me that on top of her  kidney problem gummy is also suffering from bad  ulcer and bad teeth that made her refuse to eat and with her age and condition, there is no way she can extract the bad teeth and the look in the doc eyes.. i know it&#8217;s time to say my goodbye.. but the doc do not have the heart to break the news to me straight away.. instead she made me choose my decision&#8230; she gave me an option.. Option 1: To let gummi stay another week or so.. gave her medication&#8230; she will get better for one week.. but will get worse the next&#8230; Option 2: was to put her to sleep. Doc gave me time to think and discuss with hubby&#8230; I so wanted to stay with option 1 but looking at how frail and weak she was.. and how much she suffered&#8230; I  decided to let her go&#8230; Only God knows how i feel&#8230; The logic vs emotion&#8230; Doc gave me a document to sign&#8230; a document letter saying that i have made my mind and my dog is not treatable anymore&#8230;a document  to authorize the doc to euthanize gummy&#8230; I held her for the last time, said how sorry i am, how much i love her , how much im going to miss her and asked her forgiveness for letting her go that way&#8230;.. And that was the last time i see and held her&#8230;. I still miss her and once in a while.. i still cry&#8230;.. Wherever she is.. i pray to the Lord that she is happy and perfect up there in the doggy heaven. Gummy, you know that i love you and you will always be in my heart. I still feel like baru ja kami kahwin. In 3 more months, we will be celebrating our 2nd anniversary sudah and believe it or not.. i am already thinking what to give to him. I always find it hard to buy him present, seriously. I don&#8217;t know what to give him every time, so i believe by thinking way ahead will help me a lot in term of what to buy and also my budget. 		<description><![CDATA[My journey to kk was very  adventure s this time around. We made 2 road trips this year. First trip was going to Sandakan and the second to Kudat. I really enjoyed this road trip. Banyak sia nampak but unfortunately inda banyak gambar yang sia ambil.  Malas pula sia ..LOL! My Sandakan trip was  to go and visit my sister&#8217;s family and my dad and of cos, to celebrate CNY too.. after 11 years, ni la first time sia balik for CNY. I have forgotten how meriah CNY can be..  I missed the PAI NIAN but i managed to burned joss stick for my grandparents. Itu pun satu hari lambat..heheh sebab we arrived Sandakan late eve sudah and mom habis with the pai nian already. The thing i like the most about this year CNY was the mandi tengah malam buang soi tradition.. hahahha. I really find it fun and cool! We had our water splashing time at my sister&#8217;s cedar pergola ( cewah, prasan! Padahal porch ja), sambil teriak teriak GONG XI FA CAI..hahah betul betul macam cina tulen..padahal.. campuran family ja. I also love and enjoy the fact that my hub&#8230; walaupun dia born Christian and do not have chinese blood in him at all&#8230; he actually follow this tradition of &#8220;water splashing&#8221; time with us and that is really special for me. It makes me feel like he really appreciate,respect  and honor my family. As for our Kudat trip. My very first trip to Kudat ( Yes, 30 years of my life.. i never been to Kudat, how sad is that?) and we head to TIP OF BORNEO. OMG! I never knew Tip of borneo is that cantik! The water was so clear and cleannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn.. This place have not been too commercialized yet which is good..  Hopefully this place will be kept that way.. After tip of borneo, we went ahead to Bavanggazo for a night stay. It&#8217;s about 50 km away from tip of borneo. This again is my very first time staying and living in a long house. The experience was awesome for me The Tuan Rumah served us with KG food. YUMMY! Sayur kg like lomiding, sayur manis, payaya muda masak inda tau apa (LOL) paku pakis, ikan goreng and ayam masak kicap! Punya la sedapppppppppppppppppp&#8230;and oh the CILI!!! Must try the cili padi of kudat&#8230;superrrrrrrrrrr pedas and ada UMP! Fuyoh..sia lapar pula teringat tu makanan.. celaka. I need to masak la ni today. There goes my diet..erk! Anyway, after the dinner they did some dance show performance. We dance to the bamboo dance.. er i don&#8217;t know what you call it.. maybe mogunatip?  and then the traditional Rungus dance.. it was fun, fun night! I also learn this stick game trick, it&#8217;s actually  test your IQ game.. i now have it at home.. would love to see how my trainers and colleague play this thing.. see how fast they can take the string out from the stick. 		<description><![CDATA[2012 , how&#8217;s your 2012 so far? I started mine with not so good health but i have been blessed with good things to kick of my year. So that kinda balance it off i guess.. My year started  with me getting very bad lower back pain&#8230; guess i&#8217;ve pulled it somewhere somehow without me realizing it. It was so bad! I  feel like there&#8217;s tonnes of needle poking my back! Thank God now i could walk without feeling much pain.. it still there but.. it has subside tremendously compare to last week. And you know what?   It was such a bad timing ,  i got this pain just day before i fly back to kk&#8230; imagine the long flight journey&#8230;omg!  The 6 hours journey drive back to Sandakan made it worse! ERK! While i was having my back pain/pull&#8230; Damn cough, sore throat and flu decided to give me a visit.. OMG! This was the part i hate the most.. imagine having back muscle pain.. every time you cough, sneeze or any sudden movement pulls your lower back muscle&#8230;PUNYA LA MAIN INDA SELESA!!!! This is the time i can feel all my core muscle start contracting.. I HATE! I HATE! I HATE!!!!! But wait&#8230; 2012  early year soi have not decided to let me go so easy YET .. guess what&#8217;s next??? MIGRAINE!! Argggggggg&#8230; 2 days in a row! This time punya migraine bukan ringan ringan&#8230; sampai tahap mau muntah ba me.. so bad Because of my migraine.. i&#8217;ve missed the fun in kk.. the mini gathering  To everyone, siou kio that i have to leave early.. next trip kita berjumpa lagi Ah.. if you think that was the end of my misery.. tettttttttttttttttt you are soooooooooooooo wrong! Just as i reached home from airport yesterday&#8230; i found out i have one little lump on my neck.. just below my left jaw line .. near my ear and this bugger stings! Small lump but its hard and it painful! I feel like i have 3rd heart beat there&#8230;:( mau cakap mumps tapi bukan, Doctor bilang you can only get it  once in your live&#8230; though i remember  i got this like twice or three time when i was younger&#8230; i suffered banyak sebab mumps! Entah la&#8230;. So now, aside from having to suffer mild lower back pull, sore throat and cough ( yes i&#8217;m still having this symptom) i have my lump to worry about..sigh.. Doc bilang if hari tiga tidak juga baik&#8230;i have to go back and see him&#8230; i really hope this is nothing serious la&#8230;sigh&#8230; Anyhow.. do you know where  to get plastic business card here in kl? Macam cool pula ada card macam tu ..LOL! My good news&#8230; i got small increment&#8230;hahahahhahahahahaha&#8230; inda ba.. nanti i tell you guys la bila i can.. for now, you all take care and see you guys in the next post! p/s: I&#8217;m dying to go for a workout but doc bilang REHAT!!! 		<description><![CDATA[Yehawwww!!! I am feeling super good.  Why you ask? Cos i just finish my upper body workout today.. This was suppose to be done last week Friday but because i have VIPR training on Sunday and i know i will be FRIED with VIPR.. so i decided to postpone it till today.. and oh, i can&#8217;t wait to touch VIPR again! If you want to know what is VIPR and how to work with it.. just youtube it&#8230; heh, the wonder of youtube, huh? This workout will strengthen your cardiovascular, heart, core and upper body. Easy simple workout, but good cardio blast as well as toning up those arms&#8230;. As usual, my warm up is 15% incline on treadmill, 4.7 speed for 20 min. Workout routine: You will need to do this workout for 18 rounds. 50 sec work, 10 sec rest. 1- Push up, burpees and 10 front kickboxing jab. 2- Dive bomber 3- Push up, Burpees and 10 uppercut 4- Elevated plank ( moving plank) 5- Push up, burpees and 10 front elbow. 6- Barbell bicep curl with jump jack. &#8211; Do 1 bicep curl and 1 jump jack. &#160; My abs challenge : 1 min work , 10 sec rest. Do each of exercise 1 round only! This should take you 4 mins. 1- Lying leg raises 2- Abs crunch on Bosu 3- Side plank hip lift ( R) 4- Same as above ( L) So yes, this was my easy upper body workout but very challenging at the same time. I will be changing my routine to slightly higher intensity soon&#8230; hopefully i don&#8217;t need to call any breakdown service company to help me walk out from club by then.. hehehhe. 		<description><![CDATA[Hah, Im suppose to write this post last night but being a wife and trying to be healthy is really not an easy task to do you know&#8230;:P even after penat penat you training, i still have to  go back and cook dinner for the hubby&#8230;so penat punya pasal.. i didn&#8217;t give the update last night. Sorry peeps. So this is my second workout for the week ( strength training that is&#8230;) As usual i start my training with a warm up on treadmill incline walk 15% for 20 min with speed of average 4.5/4.7. I got this training routine from Marriane from myomytv.com. Please refer to her website for video. I have change my method for this workout. Instead of using kettlebell, i used double handled medicine ball weighing 9kg. The routines 18 rounds of workout. Work for 1 min, rest 20 sec. 1- Squat to shoulder press to reverse lunges ( L) 2- Same on the other leg. 3- Bent over alternating back row 4- Elevated plank climber 5- Single leg dead lift ( L) using 7kg plates 6- Same on the other leg. Then move on to TABATA Challenge. 1- Medicine ball swing &#8211; 9kg 2- Dynamic squat. At the end, i added another round of abs challenge. ( This was  not featured  from myomytv.com workout) 50 sec work 10 sec rest 1- Lower abs- Bench knee tuck 2- Upper abs &#8211; Crunch to press 3- Lower abs and oblique- Leg raise and cycle. <p>As usual i start my training with a warm up on treadmill incline walk 15% for 20 min with speed of average 4.5/4.7.</p>
<p>I got this training routine from Marriane from myomytv.com. Please refer to her website for video. I have change my method for this workout. Instead of using kettlebell, i used double handled medicine ball weighing 9kg.</p>
<p>The routines</p>
<p>18 rounds of workout. Work for 1 min, rest 20 sec.</p>
<p>1- Squat to shoulder press to reverse lunges ( L)</p>
<p>2- Same on the other leg.</p>
<p>3- Bent over alternating back row</p>
<p>4- Elevated plank climber</p>
<p>5- Single leg dead lift ( L) using 7kg plates</p>
<p>6- Same on the other leg.</p>
<p>Then move on to TABATA Challenge.</p>
<p>1- Medicine ball swing &#8211; 9kg</p>
<p>2- Dynamic squat.</p>
<p>At the end, i added another round of abs challenge. ( This was  not featured  from myomytv.com workout)</p>
<p>50 sec work 10 sec rest</p>
<p>1- Lower abs- Bench knee tuck</p>
<p>2- Upper abs &#8211; Crunch to press</p>
<p>3- Lower abs and oblique- Leg raise and cycle.</p>
<p>Happy trying people.</p>
<p>Today i decided to give my body a rest.. gonna do my next routine on Friday, Upper body routine.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Hello Everyone!!! How are you all? Hope that you had a great Christmas and New Year celebration. I sure did had a good time and this year was extra special because mom was here celebrating with us. 2011 has been a tough year for me mentally and emotionally&#8230; my first quarter was superbly hard on me&#8230; I remember this was the time where i felt like the whole world was against me, nothing goes my way, i was all alone and really was depressed. To add to the misery, we&#8217;ve lost our dear friend Philip. We never expected it and never would have thought he would end his life in such manner. Until now.. i still do miss him.. granted we are not super close, but losing someone in such way is never easy for anyone.  Sigh.. R.I.P Philip&#8230; You are always in our dear heart. 2011,work wise-  I learned that no matter how much someone tells you, we have to work as a team&#8230; there is no such thing in reality.. everyone is for their own.. it&#8217;s really dog eats dog world out there&#8230; i learned that in hard way too..sigh ( Again) 2011- Me and Hub traveled a lot .. First we went to Koh Sa mui for our honeymoon&#8230; heheh.. this is one fun, crazy adventure honeymoon for me&#8230; i got chase by a dog while riding on motorbike with Hubby, i got onto the craziest sea adventure ever in my life where i thought that was the end of my life&#8230;hahahahah&#8230; sat and drove on a go cart car  for the first time and drove like a turtle and was laughing all the way like a mad woman.. i don&#8217;t know why i was laughing&#8230; &#8220;SOT&#8221;. Got on Elephant ride and was soaking wet after because it was raining like mad! Visited a mummified monk and found out that i loveeeeeeeeeeeee the BBQ ripe banana in Koh Sa Mui..SEDAAAAPPPPPP!!! I wish we have this in Malaysia&#8230;tapi malangnya tiada. Second big trip we&#8217;ve made for year 2011 was to India, Bangalore. I never knew i would actually like India. It is sooooooooo different from what i thought it was.. in my mind, it would be dirty, beggars everywhere, hot and humid weather, traffic jam, full of insane honking on the street ( Like JKT) and i have to be very careful with the food&#8230;. but in reality, it was almost totally the opposite of what my mind thought it would be. Bangalore weather was superbly nice!  It was chill and nice.. i could sleep without having to have aircon on at night..not that Dan&#8217;s aunt have one installed in the house.. i don&#8217;t remember me sweating like mad there..i didn&#8217;t see much street beggars ..traffic jam wasn&#8217;t as horrendous as KL&#8230;and the food&#8230;OMG!!! IT WASSSSSS SOOOOOOO YUMMY!!!! Like&#8230; seriously! Shopping was heaven there too! I love their Saree&#8217;s collection, &#8221; &#8220;Aladin&#8221; pants, &#8220;aladin&#8221; shoes, fresh fruit juice, sugar cane juice&#8230;OMGGGGGGGG&#8230;&#8230; GAH! I would like to make another trip back to Bangalore and maybe if we have the moolah and panjang umur NEW DELHI&#8230; i want to visit Taj Mahal&#8230;another destination in my MUST visit list. Oh yea i also climbed mount kinabalu! How can i forget that?!!!! It was an amazing experience for me..the journey up, the view..OMG so breathtaking! Hiking with hubby and working as team.. it definitely did brought us closer&#8230; the view from the peak.. seeing the sunrise..oh&#8230;.i just can&#8217;t describe it&#8230; The night skies felt sooooo close to us.. ahhhh &#8230; sia sangat sangat suka and i felt in love with my hometown all over again for the gazillion time! And now,  i can proudly call myself&#8230; A REAL SABAHAN! TEEHEEEE!!! 2011 &#8211; I got to spend more time with my mom, thanks to my hub. It was one of my wish to have mom stayed longer with us. She stayed with us for 2 months last year..:D so that was awesome! Had good laughter and shared stories with her.. i hope she had a good time and enjoyed the trip as much as i enjoyed her company for the past 2 months.. 2011- I got fitter and better with my fitness but i still have long way to go&#8230; this is still a struggle for me.. cos there is time where i can be very lazy and demotivated. So 2012, i need to push through it&#8230; i know its impossible for me to reach 20% bodyfat and yet at the same time trying to be pregnant.. so my 2012 target would be.. just keep going to the gym at least 3 times a week and let the nature takes it course. so 2011&#8230;take this post as my  lapel pins for you ( CHEWAH!)&#8230;. so  i bid you goodbye and thank you for all the adventures, heart aches, headache, sore body, good memories, good laughter, well learned lessons and experience that you brought for me&#8230; it is something that i will treasure and keep for the rest of my life..i definitely have learned and gained a lot from you! 		<description><![CDATA[Been away a lot lately, travelling almost non stop tiring but it was fun. I just got back from Bangalore, India two weekends back and last week from Langkawi. I haven&#8217;t got all the pictures up  at facebook but i would really like to share with you guys.. just not at the moment. Running short of time and been tired..need to catch some sleep and rest&#8230; The new manager just came on board too so it has been pretty hectic with work as well&#8230; I have been &#8220;bad&#8221; too recently..i  did not train as much as i planned and would like to&#8230;:P but i have been working out whenever i can&#8230;i will post my workout routine once i have enough time to write about it.. One thing for sure, after my India trip&#8230; i have gain weight&#8230; BOHOO! It&#8217;s crazy .. CARBS,CARBS, CARBS but OMG it&#8217;s soooooooooo YUMMY!! All the roti&#8217;s and rice i had.. i think i ate the whole INDIA! Now i got to work harder to drop this weight&#8230; sigh.. to gain is sooooooo easy.. to lose it&#8230;FREAKING PAIN IN THE ASS!!! ARGGGG.. Tension! Oh..aside from working out,being busy with work and worried about me gaining weight.. i have a new hobby too now&#8230;heheheheh.. i am crazy for wet marble nail polish designs&#8230; been changing and experimenting designs and color almost everyday now.. hahhha.. yes, imagine that.. EVERYDAY! Maybe one of these days, when i&#8217;m free.. i will show you some of my work..:) Anyhow, anyone looking for keychains for sale ? If you are, i know the site for it&#8230; i bought one recently..and i&#8217;m liking it very much! Crunch on Bosu ball or disc plate- 30reps 8a) Triple knee tuck &#8211; 30reps &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. once all these finish, i&#8217;m gonna hit the treadmill again for the extra kcal burn at the end.. 15-20 min going uphill. Speed and incline will be the same as above. So that&#8217;s my workout for today&#8230;.:D If you decided to give this a go&#8230; tell me how you feel and how did you do&#8230;:) And here&#8217;s my new addiction. My new cheerleading trophies  ( Ba, tiba tiba si mel)  If you wanna know the goodness of steel cuts oats&#8230;wiki it peeps&#8230;LOL! It&#8217;s all out there&#8230;a little costly&#8230; but for my health and fitness goal.. rm26 per box is worth the money don&#8217;t you think so?( ba tiba tiba)  I am craving for this every morning sometimes even at night.. it&#8217;s just so yummy and healthy.. I&#8217;m not a person who loves to eat OATS&#8230; but with this steel cut oats.. i can eat it anytime! I love the taste of it.. i normally would take this with wheat germ and a bit of bovril just to give it a taste&#8230; there is so many other ways to eat this .. you can even google it or youtube it&#8230; it&#8217;s just so yummy!!! It&#8217;s all out there&#8230;a little costly&#8230; but for my health and fitness goal.. rm26 per box is worth the money don&#8217;t you think so?( ba tiba tiba)  I am craving for this every morning sometimes even at night.. it&#8217;s just so yummy and healthy.. I&#8217;m not a person who loves to eat OATS&#8230; but with this steel cut oats.. i can eat it anytime! I love the taste of it.. i normally would take this with wheat germ and a bit of bovril just to give it a taste&#8230; there is so many other ways to eat this .. you can even google it or youtube it&#8230; it&#8217;s just so yummy!!!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Understanding my body&#8230; yep, this is one thing that i still struggle up to this day. It changes every now and then.. as you aged.. the more drastic changes sets it.. either you like it or not&#8230; you got to live with it. At the age of 30, i have gone from super lean look to not so lean look to full grown woman body.. yes, i know i should be thankful and feel blessed with these body but having been living with an ATHLETIC LOOK for almost all of my life&#8230; this changes has just thrown me out of my comfort zone! I used to live with only less than 20% of my body fat..heck it was lesser than 15% actually. I was  lean.. well toned body..and proud of my super almost visible 6 packs ( 4 packs definitely but 6 packs almost visible) &#8230; as i aged&#8230;my metabolism slows down..my ass got heavier.. i got lazier and  my bodyfat percentage shoot up! It wasn&#8217;t that bad at first.. it was only like 18% &#8230; but as i reach mid 20&#8242;s i realized that my body started changing.. I&#8217;m growing more hips&#8230; I&#8217;m growing bigger boobs ( not that i&#8217;m complaining about it, cos it not la besar sangat) i&#8217;m also pilling up tiers on my so called 6 packs! Goodness gracious! I definitely panicked.. but did i change my lifestyle? NOPE,  i did not&#8230; I still continue eating as how i used to when i was younger ( yes, habit die hard) living in denial&#8230; telling myself  that i am still young.. i could afford to eat this much amount and i still worked out what.. so why need changes? Little did i know&#8230; all that amount of unhealthy food that i used to take will actually stay WAYYYYYYYYYYYY longer in my system and give me the effect wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy much later in my life&#8230;by late 20&#8242;s my bodyfat percentage have gone from 15% to 18%  to 20% and now at the age of 30 my bodyfat percentage is sitting nicely and comfortably  at 23%!!  ARGGG!!! Everyone thinks i look good, i look sexy, i have the right amount of &#8220;meat&#8221; at the right place&#8230;but seriously.. do i feel all that? I don&#8217;t.  I know too well that if i don&#8217;t keep myself in checked all the time.. that 23% could well turned to 33% by the next 10 years&#8230; do i want that to happen?? NO, i don&#8217;t.  But genetic plays a big role in life&#8230; i have big size genetic.. i gain easily&#8230; and to lose it.. it&#8217;s not as easy as it was before. Yes, i used to gain it.. and lose it back just like that&#8230; and because of this &#8221; magic&#8221; now you see, now you don&#8217;t weight.. i also have &#8220;earned&#8221; few stretch marks here in there in my body part&#8230; sigh.. but i am still thankful that i don&#8217;t have it on my arms..:( oh and don&#8217;t mentioned about cellulite&#8217;s&#8230; I have tonnes of that in me.. I&#8217;m more than willing to share it with you if you need some&#8230; My whole legs  covered with them! YUCK! As i get older&#8230; it becomes more visible&#8230; it scares the hell out of me! Can we all lose our cellulite?? NOPE! We can&#8217;t ..again.. this is your genetic..you have to live with it as i am now&#8230; all you can do.. work out hard and hope that all that muscle you have gained while working out .. will cover it up for you&#8230; So now, at the age of 30&#8230; i am just picking up the pace again where i have left when i was at the age of 27&#8230; i stopped working out completely from age 27 till 29 1/2 and i&#8217;m paying it now with all these unwanted extra pounds on me&#8230;. It&#8217;s hard to be honest, working out is something that i need to adapt to again after so long.. but if i want to live longer and healthier.. i know i have to make the sacrifices now for my own future&#8230; nothing comes easy anyway in life.. you got to work to earn it. Either in smart way or hard way&#8230;.. As for healthy eating habit&#8230; this is another part that i am still learning at the moment.. and trying to make it a habit.. BLOODY HARD,  i know. So to those people out there&#8230;who keep asking me about food&#8230; my advice to you is&#8230; if you think you can&#8217;t make the drastic change and know well that you will fall back to where you came from after 1 or 2 weeks of healthy eating&#8230; i would say, start with just cutting your normal portion size by half , after 1 month or so move on to cutting/ eliminating the bad food from your list ..1 or 2 item at a time and from there..slowly increase the amount&#8230; and if you ever fall back to old habits.. don&#8217;t give up.. keep going.. It&#8217;s not the amount of time you failed counts but it&#8217;s how determined you are with it&#8230;.:) I know i have fallen back to the &#8221; bad eating&#8221; category few times now.. but i pick myself up again whenever i think i am there&#8230;healthy eating habit can be tough.. but it can be tough only if you want to make it tough on yourself&#8230;. being healthy is all up to you at the end of the day.. if you are not ready for it&#8230; memang susah,  but if you have that clear mind set of what you want.. i believe..everything will be easy for you. So here i am today&#8230; at the age of 30&#8230; i am now  working my cute round butt out  with my crazy cute round butt husband in the gym where i&#8217;m attached to now&#8230;. Will it be easy for both of us.. 		<description><![CDATA[I had enough of being lazy.. procrastinating on my workout regime. It has been nearly 2 months now since i last worked out. I feel silly.. i feel crappy.. it&#8217;s not intentional but i am seriously busy lately that i feel 24 hours is not enough for me..i need rest but i choose to stop the wrong thing! WORKOUT! I should have just continued.. shouldn&#8217;t have stop! So if by end of this month i am still not pregnant&#8230;.i will set myself a new target goal.. short term target goal&#8230; for the next 6 weeks.. i wanna be able to workout at least 3 times a week. 2 months &#8211; 4 months- i wanna lose at least 3kg of my body weight and lose 3% of my bodyfat.. 4th month &#8211; 8th month- I want to  be able to see some improvement on my body shape.. specially on my tummy area, legs and bum. My body fat should go down another 2-3%. 9th to 12 month- I wanna be weighing at 52kg with the bodyfat percentage of 18%. Now question is, can i do it? I don&#8217;t know.. but whatever it is.. i need to get going before the bandwagon leave me behind and 10 years down the road, i suffer and regret that i did not take good care of myself while i still can. So yep, if by next month i am not pregnant&#8230; i will continue my workout journey with full of determination and goal. My biggest target&#8230; 52kg with 18% of  BodyFat %&#8230; which means&#8230; less shoe and clothes shopping for me.. but more on healthy food and supplement to help me achieve my target&#8230; TIME TO BE THE GIRL THAT I&#8221;M WELL KNOWN FOR&#8230;. 		<description><![CDATA[Hi All, OMG! It&#8217;s been ages since i last update this blog. ( at least that&#8217;s how i feel) been really busy with work stuff and by the time i reach home, i would have to cook and all and by the time i finish everything..my energy level has turned down all the way to ZERO. I hope everything is well with you guys out there..as for me, life has been hectic and crazy. ( didn&#8217;t i already mention that earlier?) I got no time to think about blog anymore and  i have missed out so many assignment opportunity too ( boohoo big time) Ah.. what can i do.. that&#8217;s life huh? Anyway, I wanna share with you all about my dream last night.. it&#8217;s so weird that i just wanna share this out with you guys..hahah.. i never dreamt this kind of weird dreams before and i would like to know what do you think about it. I have received few comment on it at facebook..but heck i would still love to hear from you..what do you think it is. To me, i think my dream was telling me to be extra careful with someone in my life&#8230;i don&#8217;t know who .. but it&#8217;s a warning i say &#8230;i hope that whatever it is.. it will be alright at the end of the day. At first, i dreamt of millipede. I was sitting at sofa in my Mom in Law house when out of the blue.. few millipede starts creeping out from the sofa&#8217;s itself! i started screaming and my Father in Law came to the rescue..LOL! He was my hero in my dream&#8230; Then i was on the way back home in a van..i saw two little snakes coiled up at one corner of the van.. but for some reason i know that snakes is meant to bite my toes&#8230;you know like i&#8217;m suppose to let them bite my toes.. i don&#8217;t know why and for what reason..but i know im suppose to let them bite! ( Gilakan?) <p>OMG! It&#8217;s been ages since i last update this blog. ( at least that&#8217;s how i feel) been really busy with work stuff and by the time i reach home, i would have to cook and all and by the time i finish everything..my energy level has turned down all the way to ZERO. <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I hope everything is well with you guys out there..as for me, life has been hectic and crazy. ( didn&#8217;t i already mention that earlier?) I got no time to think about blog anymore and  i have missed out so many assignment opportunity too <img src='http://kadazanbonita.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  ( boohoo big time)</p>
<p>Ah.. what can i do.. that&#8217;s life huh? Anyway, I wanna share with you all about my dream last night.. it&#8217;s so weird that i just wanna share this out with you guys..hahah.. i never dreamt this kind of weird dreams before and i would like to know what do you think about it. I have received few comment on it at facebook..but heck i would still love to hear from you..what do you think it is.</p>
<p>To me, i think my dream was telling me to be extra careful with someone in my life&#8230;i don&#8217;t know who .. but it&#8217;s a warning i say &#8230;i hope that whatever it is.. it will be alright at the end of the day.</p>
<p>At first, i dreamt of millipede. I was sitting at sofa in my Mom in Law house when out of the blue.. few millipede starts creeping out from the sofa&#8217;s itself! i started screaming and my Father in Law came to the rescue..LOL! He was my hero in my dream&#8230;</p>
<p>Then i was on the way back home in a van..i saw two little snakes coiled up at one corner of the van.. but for some reason i know that snakes is meant to bite my toes&#8230;you know like i&#8217;m suppose to let them bite my toes.. i don&#8217;t know why and for what reason..but i know im suppose to let them bite! ( Gilakan?)</p>

Anyway let&#8217;s just say ada la orang yg avagat somputuh sangat sangat di office sia ni at the moment.. asangan sia! Kalau boleh mau juga sia pi tanya dia apa ba masalah dia sebenar benarnya? Kenapa sampai begitu sekali dia punya reaction? Inda pernah terima rejection ka ni manusia ni? I mean..we human kan selalu akan dapat rejection? Work at it professionally la&#8230;.jangan pula jadi personal! Hey, at least i did it in a professional way..i tell you the truth&#8230; tapi kau pula&#8230;hmmm..terus jadi personal ni.. bodoh bin banggap pula sia rasa dia trus.  Begini ka menjadi seorang yang kononnya sudah senior dalam bidang ni? Ni la ni kalau sudah inda ingat dunia..ingat dia la paling terrer and paling berkuasa&#8230;nokuo dih nung iziau tuhun topuak&#8230;. inda semesti sia akan ikut buhus kau selalu.. bosuon! Betul la Tuhun topuak ni kan.. kalau masuk ja di asia.. diorang ingat diorang la segala galanya&#8230; diorang ingat diorang ni macam KINOIGAN oh! Isk! Sia betul betul inda tau kenapa dia macam tu.. but whatever it is&#8230; sia memang inda happy today and sia memang inda suka cara dia buat keputusan&#8230; Nung obulih&#8230; mau juga sia report hud dih pagawai lagi basar dari dia&#8230; but then again&#8230;untuk apa? 		<title>Mount Kinabalu day 2</title>

		<description><![CDATA[7th June 2011-  We woke up as early as 1:45am. Got ready and we head down to the supper table. Exactly 2:30am we head out and set ourself ready to hike up Mount K. It was ready dark outside. The only thing that lite our way was our headlamp. Walking up to the foot of mount kinabalu was not that challenging, that&#8217;s because there was already a ready path for you to walk. Yes, they have made it easy for everyone.  Along the way,i see few people who could not continue the journey due to the altitude sickness. I was so worried i may get that or my hub.. but im so thankful to God that he made our journey easy. As soon as we reach the foot of the mountain, the terrain got steeper. But you won&#8217;t realize it until you  see the day light. I am glad that we actually did the hike on dark nite! If not, i don&#8217;t think i could continue the journey as i fear of failing on that steep terrain! CURAMMMMMM! The only thing that holds you in place is the big huge ass rope which was pinned down on the rock with that metal piece..er i dont know what you call them but yes..they are securely fasten on the ground. The only thing is that&#8230;. it can be a lil too short for you to hold on to the rope..so you actually need to hunch almost like squatting position to hold on to the rope while going up on the steep terrain. Can be bit uncomfy and the rope is kinda wet too from the rain day before.. so a pair of good gloves is highly recommended during this hike. Waterproof gloves preffered. The 2.5 or was it 2.8  km hike up to the peak was the longest for me.. it took 3 hours for us to reach the peak from Laban rata.. that&#8217;s because everyone is going on really slow pace to be able to adjust themselves to the altitude changes. My advice, really stay with the slow pace&#8230;. whoever wants to run ahead of you..let them be. The view from above was spectacular! I remember  i keep telling my husband how beautiful the view is&#8230;Seeing those lil lights coming from the houses below, cars head light, the stars shining at you&#8230;OMG! It was just sooooooo beautiful! I was really really mesmerized and adui..The air was sooooooo fresh!!! We arrived at the peak just on time to see the sun rise&#8230;the yellow, orange colored &#8230;with hint of blue and white skies..hmmmmm.. i really feel like im in heaven. Syiokkkkkkkk&#8230;. But malangnya, you can&#8217;t stay at the peak for too long. Specially if it&#8217;s windy&#8230; it&#8217;s just toooooo freaking cold up there! I was there less than 10 min and have to come back down cos my hand was already freezing up and getting numb but we managed to spend more time at the bottom to take more pictures.. Coming down from the peak to laban rata was not as challenging as i thought it would be..It was ok except for the steep terrain part but if you listen to your guide carefully&#8230; you should not have an issue I came down in one piece didn&#8217;t i?  ;) All in all, i am very happy that i finally made it to the top. It has been my long overdue dream to be up there, to experienced it on my own and what makes it even sweeter is that i climbed mount Kinabalu with my husband and i  am very proud of him! I officially can now call myself and husband a proud and happy SABAHAN! Here&#8217;s the pictures of us on the second day&#8230;. 		<description><![CDATA[6th June 2011, woke up as early as 6am in the morning. Got up and get ready for breakfast and the two and half hour car ride to Kinabalu park  in kundasang. Abang was very kind to send us both up to kundasang with his car. He was basically our tour guide for the day. Along the way, he even told us the story of Gunung Kinabalu. How it got it&#8217;s name ( although part of it sia lupa sudah,LOL) and other history of sabah. Syiok juga la dengar cerita. Even nama kayu pun abang sia bagi tau kami&#8230;LOL! We arrive at national park around 8 plus in the morning.  We first have to register ourself at the registration counter. Got our name register and then proceed with taking a guide up to the mountain who also turn out to be our porter for the day. Yep, we did not carry our bag..we asked him to carry it for us.. don&#8217;t think we can survive carrying 7kg bag all the way up.  After paying  Rm136 ( rm80 for guide and Rm56 for the bag, oh 1kg equal to rm8) Abang then sent us to the Timpohon gate. Oh yea, if your family member did not send you to timpohon gate there is a shuttle bus services to  send you over but you will need to pay rm16 per way per person! Super expensive yo! We only paid Rm36 because Abang send us over the first trip. At Timpohon gate, abang bid us goodbye and promise to come and get us the next day.  I felt  like i was a lil girl whose dad left them at kindergarten that time. I don&#8217;t know whether i want to cry, be happy and excited or scare. I seriously don&#8217;t know what&#8217;s ahead of us. There was so many things playing in my head as soon as i cross that timpohon gate. One of it was..my knee problem. I was asking myself&#8230; can i actually survive this climb? What is my knee decided to really go very bad on me?? Can i still walk? The 1st Km was a breeze for me.. but by the 2km..my knee started to lock up. I can feel the pinch on it but i continue till the 3rd km. We stop for while. Taking shelter from the rain and of cos the pain on my knee. At this point of our journey, i saw the biggest LEECH ever in my whole life and it&#8217;s in red color! OMG!  Here&#8217;s the wiki on this leech Apparently this leech doesn&#8217;t suck on human blood but only the giant earth worm in mount kinabalu!! Yes, i also saw the giant earth worm,hahahahha and yup&#8230;i squeal whenever i see this earth worm..geli la&#8230; here&#8217;s another site where you can check this creature out. After about 20 min rest..we continued our journey up but decided not to stop at KM4. We only rest for 5 min at km5. The more we rest the more i feel it&#8217;s hard to keep the momentum of my Heart rate at steady pace everytime after i stop for rest. So in order to feel less pain for the knee and keep the pace of my heart rate steady, we decided to just walk again after 5 min rest at the km5. KM5 was the toughest route i feel of all the route from timpohon gate. The rocky road, the altitude, the wet weather, the knee pain&#8230; makes it a lil tough for me. It does really challenge you emotionally,mentally and physically.  The last KM before laban rata was the toughest. But aside from it being tough, i also experienced and offered the most beautiful and gorgeous view that one could ever ask for! I really don&#8217;t feel like im in Sabah my very own hometown&#8230; the scenery, omg!! Breathtaking! The greenery that was offered to you there&#8230; wow!!! I can&#8217;t explain&#8230; you really need to go up and experience it yourself. I really feel like im almost near heaven! I&#8217;m not joking! If you realize, i never mentioned our  guide in this post that&#8217;s because we&#8217;ve lost our guide! hahahah yes, we literally did lost our guide. He could not be seen anywhere near us.. We reach laban rata at around 2 plus in the evening. It took us 4:19 min to reach laban rata. Apparently, this is super fast for first timer&#8230;even our dear tour guide said so. He said our pace a lil toooo fast for first timer&#8230;but seriously, we were walking at super slow rate! We were basically dragging our feet on the grown! Our dear tour guide only turn up after good 40 min upon us arriving at laban rata,LOL! We were freezing to the bone by then&#8230;the weather was at 10 degree at the time and all our fresh gear is with our tour guide! To keep ourself warm,( because we were all soaking wet) we have to buy hot drinks and hot maggi mee (instant noodle) and spent like hmm let me see&#8230;Hot milo Rm12, Hot Tea ( rm9/10) not the sabah tea because sabah tea is more expensive  and maggi mee at rm10/rm12! GILAAAAAA!!! And the food gets cold really really fast too! hahahahahaha&#8230; i have to eat super fast in order to get the heat in my body! The sight of our tour guide was a relief for us. We quickly changed to a fresh gear and get ourself organize at our dorm.  If you think we took a shower.. you must be crazy! There was no hot shower for you to get clean at laban rata and if you dare enough to shower at freezing temperature&#8230; you can take an ice cold shower that freezes you like in 5 second! This was the first time in my entire life that i did not take any clean shower after being sweaty and wet from all the trekking! I basically just wipe my body clean and rest in the bed after that and only to get up for our early dinner which was served at 4:30pm till 7pm. After taking our dinner, we decided to take an early rest because we were required to be up at 2am in the morning the next day. I managed to pop 1 panadol and a pain killer just to relief the next day pain or known as Delay onset muscle soreness.. so i could continue my journey the next day. Trust me, the pain killer really help specially if you have knee pain We did not sleep well that night not because of anything, but the dorm was so stuffy and small. There were 6 bunks in a room&#8230; and there was no window or fan for the air to circulate&#8230;  i have to asked Daniel to let the door open a lil for the air to come in. By the way, the dorm is no longer equipped with heater, so if you need to dry your shoe up for the next day climb, you will need to pay rm20 for each pair of shoe to your guide so he can send it to a heated room to dry it up for you. Cut throat but you have no choice if you wanna be comfortable for the next day hike. It apply to all things that you want to dry up&#8230;even your nurse uniform Hmm that was our first day in laban rata. Will be updating again on the second day hike after this. So stay tune for more.
