Ok This is one longggggggggg overdue post.. but got to do it today
So here’s the workout that i’m gonna do today.
You going to do this workout for 2 rounds… 45 sec work ( Advance level) 15 sec rest or 30 sec work ( beginner or intermediate level) 30 sec rest .
1- Squat push press with Dumbbell or barbell.
2- Mountain Climber on Floor or on BOSU BALL
3- Hamstring Curl on Bosu/ Ballast ball
4- Roll up + Jump Up
5- 1 push up + Triple knee Tuck
6- Crab Touches
7- REnegade Row
8- 5 criss cross small jump touching floor +1 jump up + 1 push up and burpees.
9- Single leg squat ( R)
10- Single leg squat( L)
Try it .. this will challenge your whole body but more on your lower and core area…
Oh i just got my healthcare carts back.. everything was ok, thank GOD! I just need to get my A and B hep jab soon… That is all that is missing in me… phew!
