At last i can say ..i own my car now! Yes today was the last payment for my car. Been using this car since 2003..haha..can you believe that?! 7 freaking years??!! This car now a lot of my secrets…hehehehe..good and bad… dia ja yg tau and i know my secret will be safe with it…:D
Anyway, you must be saying that i am happy about it… yes, i WAS happy and excited about it at first.. but it did not last long…no thanks to AMBANK at jalan YAP KWAN SENG!
First, i have to go through horrendous traffic jam ..second..parking at that building is crazy!! Nevermind i told myself.. this will be the last visit for me..as soon as you collect your car release letter and your car title ( geran)inda sudah kau jumpa ni building… So ok..i came down and went confidently to ground floor to pay my last installment.
Can you imagine how happy i was when i found out i only have to pay Rm558 for my last installment??!! I was like wohoooo..ada duit extra ni bulan…but hmm.. little did i know.. that my joy only lasted for 5 min!
I went up to level 3 to collect my car geran and release letter…only to be told that i have extra Rm280 to settle before i can get all my documents! I was like …WHAT???!!! RM280??? What is that for? The lady called Suhaila said it’s for the OD, Fees and Legal charges!
OD?? I was like..what OD?? I always pay the interest every month ( you see my car due date is on the 27th of every month and sad to say my salary only comes out after 27th of every month , macam mana?) so of cos i pay the interest every month..because everytime i go to the counter to pay… they would tell me..Oh this one ada interest charges yea cik.. and of cos me being the good citizen said..yea i know and i am willing to pay for it and asked how much everytime without fail whenever they tell me so…and the amount never change..it will always be Rm616…lil did i know…. rm616 is actually my monthly installment fees! %^%$#@$&*((!
BUDUH BADUKANG PALUI punya bank! Kalau macam tu inda payah la bagi tau sia yg sia kena interest fee when i obviously have asked you thousands of time…berapa sia punya interest and you always tell me it’s rm616… what’s the point of telling me when you never actually charged me then?? STUPID MOOFOOS!
OK..so it is my fault of not really remembering how much monthly do i pay.. the thing is.. i remember very clearly ..i’ve paid rm612 for few month because my previous company … salary keluar on the 25/26th! It only changed because of my salary payout only after 27th…
ARGGGGGGGGG!!! Tension!..Anyway, not enough with that shocking news..they made me walk up and down up and down that freaking building like 7 freaking times!!! SEVEN FREAKING TIMES!!!! ARGGGGGGGGGGGG!
After talking to Suhaila.. she actually asked me to go down and asked Mimie the counter lady..why did she only charged me rm558 when in the system clearly said its Rm 838!! They can’t even call one another to clarify that when they are supposedly to be colleagues, working in the same company and building and bank!!! HOW STUPID CAN THIS BANK BE?
I went all the way down again..waited for that freaking slow lift… and then told Mimie that there is some charges that she did not charged me earlier on..she looked at me and gave me that HUH look….aiyoooooo how slow can you all be la?? Explained to her and then few minutes later..she came back and told me..oh sorry cik.. the lawyer office keluar pi lunch la..they only balik jam 2..boleh tunggu tak?? At this time… my heart sudah mau meletup i tell you.. nasib la my badan not feeling too good..kalau inda ..entah la apa sia maki hamun diorang.. sudah la suara sia teda..penat pula tu mau bercakap sama diorang ni. I am not willing to pay the extra amount till i know what is the freaking charges for!
Back at level 3…. still they could not process my request because they do not know how much to charge me …and when finally they got back to me..still they do not know what is the legal charges for…aiyoooooooo..now they asked me to go down to level 2 pula… same shit different level… ding dong ding dong… at last i found out what is the legal for.. ( july last year my car mau kena tarik, remember that story?) Ok with the legal fees.. but im not happy with the OD. Mau tidak mau sia kena bayar juga that freaking amount…rm280 in total..Dan said.. It’s the bank tactic..since its your last payment..they just wanna give you hell! Since i need all my agreement and release letter ASAP and not to mentioned i wasted 3 hours in that stupid bank just to go up down up down…i paid that bank the amount at Ground floor…..
Before i leave level 2..i told the lady.. this will be my first and last that i will take my car loan with them and also my CC. Oh my CC, ground floor checked on their system it says..960…level 2 ..estimated amount to settle…rm1200!! How crazy is that? Satu bangunan..satu company… tapi different charges!! ARGGGGG!! Anyway, CC is another story..
Ground floor- paid for the bill..came back up to level 3… paid another extra amount of rm30 because they could not courier the agreement to my house add but only to the bank branches which the lady at level 2 did not even know Uptown and Damansara utama is the same freaking place and she said..we do not have branch at uptown!! DUHHHHHHHHHH! Sana la ba sia bayar my car every month..buduh!
At the end… i ended up paying almost rm900 just for my car agreement and release letter! GRRRRR!!
I swear..this will be my last taking any loan or CC from AMBANK! CRAPPY SERVICE! Although they wear the same uniform, same color..but they don’t speak the same language! CRAP!
Anyhow, on other good note.. i think the people there should really apply this and try..maybe it could help them and improved their services a bit…have you heard of online mba and online university? Im sure you have kan? But have you heard western governors university?
