Just wanna wish you all happy new year 2010!!! Another year has gone..and a new one just came in… have you got your resolution listed down this year?? LOL!! I don’t remember i have ever done one or take it seriously ever..but i think this year..i have one and i need to do it like ASAP!! That is to lose few more kilo’s down before my big day. I weight myself few weeks ago..apparently the In-body machine said i need to lose 2kg and gain 2.5kg of muscle..i know some of you might say..ceh, only 2kg..easy job…but trust me…2kg for a person who’s losing their motivation to workout means a LOT!! Like a LOT! and when that happen…it only meant ..it’s tough!!! Gaining is so easy but losing the weight…sigh… SUSAH TAHAP MONYET DEWA!!!
I have stop working out again for the past 1 half month..and i think i have just added another 2kg of my weight over Christmas!!! ARG..tension i tell you…isk.
My eating pattern has gone haywire..i have been binging!! And what i have been binging on you ask?? JUNK FOOD!!!Bubble gums, preserved junk food..like all those asam stuff…bloody yummy cheese cake ( my future MIL made one for new year…it’s super yummy!!!) gummi bears…. aiyo…everything and anything that is sweet la.. oh don’t mention all those carbonated drinks….been drinking on that for the past few weeks…gila eh!! I think ..with the rate that im going..inda lama..sia dapat kencing manis oh! EEEEEE..palis palis jauh jauh..touch wood! and how can i forget my Future MIL home cook food??? NO one can resist that la…aiyo..the more i think about it..the more guilty i feel… even now..the thought of gaining those pounds over the week…make me wanna go for a run like right now..LOL!!! Im super duper stuffed with Christmas goodness! I can so feel my tummy bulging out!!! ARGGGG scary!!!

eeeeeeee…im still kegelian over my food intake for the past week ni… the thought of gaining extra 2kg and needing to shed 4kg now…make me feel sick! EEEEEEEEEE
