Day 2 diet

Ok so day two diet menu.

Breakfast- A Cup of coffee  and 2 banana.

Lunch – 3 tablespoon of rice, pork meat masak kicap( again this is the left over actually,LOL),1 bowl of soup ( small bowl) 1 orange,2 apple,1 banana.

Dinner- 3 tablespoon rice, crab soup, crab meat (2 whole crab),fish, vege, fresh coconut and 2 small prawn.

Dinner was bit off the chart because we were out having seafood yesterday night after the trip to Kg Kuantan at Kuala Selangor for the fire flies.

How i felt, you ask?? On day 2??

I woke up with slight headache, im not sure if it’s because of my period pain or because i changed my diet drastically..i don’t know. My usual daily meal consist  loads of rice…and out of the blue, not having it may have caused the slight headache.

I went to the loo very often to do my number 1 and number 2 business. I believe it is because i consume more water now and the fruits also help with my digestion. Not complaining on this part in fact..im liking it, LOL! if you have read my previous post.. you should know by now that i have constipation problem.

I have not weight myself just yet.. but i will next week. once im back in  action. Currently i have stopped working out for nearly 1 month half.. as mom’s here for visit.. don’t think it’s right to leave her alone for long time..kesian boring nanti dia.

I will resume my workout routine next week.. gonna changed it a lil now.. bit more higher intensity than the usual whole body workout.

So yea.. that’s day 2 for you :)

P/s: going on diet is not easy…. im constantly thinking of food more than my usual normal day… but so far aside from yesterday’s dinner im pretty much on track with it.

p/ss: Fruit and vege diet is NOT CHEAP! I repeat NOT CHEAP!!! AIYAAAAAA…

Ok  guys… enough talking about diet.. im off to check out this cute ugg boots, mana tau one day i may need to buy one…hahahahha
